Question about HGH/IGF

Could someone more knowledgeable please explain why people are considering using or have used HGh to treat their peyronies when HGH increases igf levels as well as collagen 1 both of which are apparently bad for peyronies?

I really did research into hgh for wound healing and was considering trying it but I'm really unsure and was hoping I could get some solid advice.
