Hi guys! I am 28 years old and I am Brazilian. I have congenital penile curvature and have been trying to solve this problem for a few years. But unfortunately I couldn't get a good doctor to help me. On the contrary, they only made me worse than I already was.

I have no money and I depend on the public health service in Brazil. The first urologist I consulted said this was my mind and that I should treat my mental problems as surgery would shrink my penis by 3 to 5 cm. Yes, I'm depressed and anxious, but I didn't deserve it. I was devastated.

The second doctor listened to me, said I had a problem, and asked me for exams at my next appointment. But, there was no other consultation, he abruptly quit his job to take up a political post. The hospital did not warn me of the cancellation of the second medical appointment.

I tried a third doctor who handed my case to medical students. We barely talked, he saw my exams and said the surgery I would do a curvature correction surgery (penile plication). I got in line for medical surgery.

Seven months later, I get a call from a urology student who tells me the surgery is scheduled for tomorrow. Well, all my exams were outdated, I have anesthetic problems (needed prior consultation) and I was taking Post-exposure prophylaxis because I had a condom break during sex. He wanted to schedule surgery at all costs. Remembering that I was on the list for a University Hospital.

I tried to talk to him and this student slammed the phone in my face. This situation, along with other factors, made me have days later a nervous breakdown that resulted in four seizures and two heart attacks.

As soon as I recovered, I made a point of going there and tearing up my surgery request. I still tried two other urologists. The first one got angry because I asked technical questions. All because I asked a series of technical questions like the internal saturation of the albugine tunic. The second will have no expert.

I don't believe in urologists anymore. I was treated badly because I have no money. I ask: Does the Penimaster Extender work for me? I only trust the extender! Photos below:

You had two heart attacks at 28???  How long were you in the hospital?

Traction might give you some improvement although it is a bit of a challenge since you say it is congenital but it is worth a try.  I would certainly trie traction before I tried plication Since you had a condom break, you can apparently have sex and it appears that you have plenty of size.  If you can have sex now then any improvement would be a plus.  It looks like you have about a 45-degree curve.  If you could cut that in half to a 22-degree curve you should be in good shape.

I am so depressed and anxious that I take medication and do psychotherapy. Post-exposure prophylaxis has brought me a lot of problems because of the strong side effects and it has taken my emotional side. Also, I'm unemployed and was having problems with these public hospital urologists.

When the medical student called me and humiliated me, I almost had a nervous breakdown. Days later, after completing the prophylaxis, I did the tests and luckily does not contract any venereal disease. But that day was very bad, I did not sleep well. Then I twisted my foot, fainted, and hit my head. I was rescued to the first hospital, where I was given two injections and I convulsed. Hours later, I was transferred to a second hospital and out of nowhere I convulsed 3 times and had 2 heart attacks. I went through three hospitals and was hospitalized from 9am to 1:30am the next day.

Later I did all the exams with neurologists and infectologists and there was absolutely nothing. It was pure emotional wear. I was 26 years old at the time

I can have sex, but some positions are difficult and even impossible for me. The back and forth movement can be a little difficult and the penis may lock up at times. At first I was not pleased with penetration, but uncomfortable and difficult.

I have difficulty masturbating and even get hurt sometimes. Some partners complain of curvature. Putting on a condom is torture, some models squeeze my penis and it's hard to unwind.

Here in Brazil, it is almost impossible to find a doctor who does STAGE. Almost all perform penile plication as simply as possible, always with nonabsorbable suture. No one told me about risks and problems. I have a family history of anesthetic problems and it all freaks me out.

So I want to try a penis extender and that's the only way I trust it. You saw my pictures, yet the first urologist called me crazy and said I should go to a psychologist. Because someone so young could not have penile curvature.

Yes, he is very famous. I have seen him giving several interviews on Brazilian Television. Unfortunately, I have no money to consult with him. I am unemployed and even if I had a good job, it would be difficult to get treatment with Dr. Egydio. It charges the price of a new car!

Sometimes you get what you pay for.  Going for a lower tier surgeon is worse than saving money and going to him when possible. Your situation definitely needs surgery. Either implant or curvature correction. Make no mistake. If you are unemployed, your focus should be on getting a job. Then save money and do everytime you can to get to your goal.

Correction to the sentence: "Either implant or curvature correction"
It supposed to be: "Curvature correction surgery"

In Brazil, there are three ways to access health services: the public system, health insurance and private payment.

In private payment, you get immediate service and you have every comfort possible. Already in health insurance, there is some paperwork that can delay everything. And finally, in the public system, the delay is long, the bureaucracy even bigger and you can't choose the doctor.

However, in all three cases, doctors and surgical techniques are the same, regardless of whether they pay or not. This is because the Brazilian Society of Urology recommends only penile plication with nonabsorbable suture for the treatment of congenital curvature. Paulo Egydio is an exception in Brazil because he patented the technique. I've heard of him for over 10 years. He charges a lot because he only works in top hospitals, those who serve politicians and celebrities. I'm told he charges 10 times more than any good expert.

Because, although they have their problems, the public health service in Brazil pays very well to doctors. So it is absolutely common to see good doctors in the public health network. The problem is, I don't know who is good and I'm afraid something will happen to my penis or me, as I have a family history of anesthetic problems.

Money is not synonymous with quality. I do not speak of Egydio, which is considered the best in Brazil. But, I lost a friend in a bariatric surgery performed by the best nationally recognized specialist in your area. He paid the equivalent of a good new car and he was the victim of medical error that took his life.

I have been wondering how long would have it taken to suggest prosthetises for congenital curvatures here. Here we are now...

Maybe we should start wondering how long will it take before someone will propose implants for perfectly healthy dicks...

No doctor proposed this to me. Everyone unanimously said that the solution would be surgical. In particular, I believe more in an extender than in surgery and its risks. I saw a guy lose 2 inches here in this forum. I was scared. The first doctor said I would lose more than 3 centimeters, the third one 1 cm and the fourth 1.5 cm.

Surgery might be your only solution but I would try traction first.  You won't lose a lot of money if it does not work.  If it does work you save yourself a lot of pain and risk.

I also wonder why are you here for so long and still haven't learned how to properly quote posts? or read medical medical guidelines? it would be better than coming here and venting out your frustration when you could be doing something else.
