All purpose cream

I am since recently using general nivea creme / cream (all purpose) every time after I shower.
I just apply a very tiny bit at the area of the plaque after pulling back the foreskin.
The cream seems to keep my penis lubricated, I do not feel any pain when I get (many) erections.
My erections seem stronger, slightly more straight, but I believe that is just because when I have no pain I do not stop myself mentally.

I have to wonder though how much the pain reduction is related to the cream.
Anybody with a similar experience?
