Hello,

I don't have any unnatural bend in my penis from the peyronies, just two indentations at the base, one on the left and one on the right, that restrict my erection by quite a bit. I'm on my third round of xiaflex but it's not doing much of anything so far. Is there any surgery that has been effective on hourglassing for anyone and which one was it? Stories anyone? Thanks!

dent, narrowing, thinning, hourglass, instability etc... all these issues can be easily addressed through graft surgery. but there is 40%-60% chance that u will end up with ed after surgery.

there is nothing to do except VED, stretching and pills.

xiaflex deals with curvature. not sure if it is used with hourglass. is ur treatment provider a sexual medicine specialist or reconstructive urologist?

40 to 60 % ???? That all depends on pre surgery conditions and Doppler ultrasound testing done before surgery.

I had an excision and grafting procedure done to address and indentation and multiple plaques that created two curves.  (I had excellent erections prior to surgery). It's been 5 months post op now, thankfully the erections are still very good and I returned to a good length again, however I have an hourglassing and ventral curve about 40 degrees. I use restorex religiously and use VED I am noticing straightening at a very slow pace but the hourglassing doesn't seem to be lessening. The Dr said we may have to do a Plication surgery down the road to get him straight.  I'm not thrilled about the thought of going through another surgery..  has anyone ever experienced this?? I thought you couldn't do a Plication if you have hourglassing?  Could it be just the graft? and will the graft get soft enough to expand a little?  I feel he is weak in that area and terrified of a hinge effect?
If anyone has any thoughts, please, I could use them

I had hourglassing and a 50 degree curve to the left.  Had excision and grafting and I am now straight with no hourglassing.  I am 7 months post surgery and am almost back to "normal ".  You can see my pics in my thread
