Weird sensation after removal of bandages

I just had my plication 2 days ago and am just now removing the bandages. As I did so I got this very weird feeling in my scrotum, almost as if the blood/pus (or whatever was in the swelling) was draining down into my scrotum. 1)is that even possible? 2) if so is it a problem? 3) or is it just my imagination and fear playing out as I see my penis for the first time?

I had all kind of weird sensations following my surgery, including a warm sensation towards my scrotum.  So I wouldn't worry.
