I am very disappointed with the doctors in Bulgaria ..... No one wants to do me a Doppler with Aprostadil because it makes no sense. In my opinion, they are afraid of not getting priapism. I asked them to try Viagra and they told me it could also cause priapism ..... I have no words .... Anyone will advise me where in Europe I can do such a test with a doctor who has enough experience with that and knows what he's doing? Thanks a lot in advance.

I was thinking of going to Dr. Kuehhas, but I see conflicting opinions.

Stem, you must be patient.  You just made the post today.  Many people only check in to the forum once or twice a week.  Many doctors in Europe do Doppler.  I have no idea if you will pay out of pocket for the exam since I assume every country has its own socialized health system for residents of that country.

Also, your post should be labeled "looking for Doppler somewhere in Europe - Please help" or something like that.  It is easy for men from Europe to look right past your post since many members do not read every post on the forum but rather those that interest them ot that apply to them.

I'll pay from my own pocket, just to know that the doctor is good. I go into the forum a day several times even if I haven't done a post lol. I think I read everything that can be read .... funny, but I'm totally depressed and I can't even work .... I just stay in the forum and read .... all day ...
You're right about the title.

That is the worst thing you can do for your penis, your mental health, and your psychological wellbeing.  If you like, spend 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.  At the most an hour in the morning and evening.  Then go follow the advice about working on your overall good health and developing your career, education, and a good attitude.  It does no good to read all the information and advice in the world if you do not follow it.

I realize it, but I can't get out of this black hole .... I hope there are good people, members of the forum, who will give me advice on Doppler.
I. m not sure part of my erectile dysfunction is that I constantly think about it ....  and low testosterone, which is below the minimum, is a result of stress .....

Sten, I have a pretty good understanding of depression and it is NOT something you can just wait for it to pass.  You cannot say I will do other things when I get out of this hole.  Forcing yourself to do other things is what gets you out of the hole.

Make a list of good things you would like to do and then put down a minimum that you will do.
an example is:
1. I want to exercise 40 minutes a day.  On bad days I will force 4 minutes of vigorous exercise
2. I want to interact with a group of people.  On bad days I will have a phone conversation of at least 5 minutes with one person.

These allow you to have successes and break the cycle.  You cannot wait for the cycle to break itself.  You are in charge.

Best wishes buddy.
