25 yo Male and noticed the bend to the right about 6 months ago after investigation of my sudden erectile dysfunction.

I have my bend to the right but this is mainly visible when flacid; it is relatively straight when I manage to get erections.

As my major concern has been lack of erection. i decided to do a no PMO as advised in the NoFap website. After few weeks i noticed i started to have erections; however erections stopped again after i got my flacid penis hit on the door. Since then i struggle with erections and at some point i attempted sex without erection a few times and subsequently discovered i now have 4 lumps by the left of my penis. This makes me more sad because there is now a potential of a hour glass penis and severe erectile issues. Tadalafil helps but this is temporary and doesn't seem to be potent as when i started to use it.

The new 4 lumps by the left of my benis recently started to give me pains so i purchased topical diclofenac for application. As this lumps are new I wonder if there is any way I can stop them from being worse. I have heard about many medications including pentox COW10, Vitamin E, verapamil, cialis etc but I am confused as to which exactly to take (I hope I get some advise here). Does traction break down the plagues?

Anyways I have been depressed and think of suicide often because I have always lived a normal life before now. This depression has affected my relationship with other and I am hardly ever a happy person.

Hello Hope77

Welcome to the forum I'm glad you found us. We have a great support system here and all members here can help you get through this.

I have sent you a PM with some specific links throughout the forum so please have a look at that. Browse all the boards and post questions. There is a lot to learn here.

Hope,  There is nothing to be suicidal about.  There are things you can do and lots to learn.  I think Stabler probably sent you a link to the Survival Guide.  Read that a couple of times.

Sex without a proper erection, especially in the early active phase is risky.  You need a fairly good erection and lots of lubrication, either natural or from a tube or bottle.

Traction might help but it takes a time investment.  A VED might help as well and that takes less of a time investment.  Thank you for adding a signature line.  It does not mention if you are in a committed relationship.

When you say you attempted sex without an erection, were you on Tadalafil at that time?  It would give some idea of how bad your ED is.

We are here with you and life is going to be just fine.

I have tried to have sex with Tadalafil with success in the past. However I noticed this has become less potent over time. I was able to have erection 2 days ago but have been having a scare of venous leak as the symptoms are similar to mine. Since i started to have this scare, I have been unable.to keep erection even when trying to masturbate.

Could this be psychological? Or do i also have a venous leak.. It appears urologists here do not know what this is. How can i tell for sure that i have a leak, i always feel like my blood is pumping back after an erection and i lose erection immediately.

Not only can it be psychological but it is almost certainly at least partially caused by your psychological condition.  A man can not be sexually aroused while being worried and looking for deformities or problems in his penis.  The venous leak does NOT feel like your blood is pumping back.  It does not have a feeling, you just do not get erect.

If you read the Survival Guide you know a few things you can do.  Even if you do not have access to good experts you might have options for VED, traction, heat, and a healthy diet.  If you have access to professionals there are Pentox, Xiaflex, and implants.

Do not despair.

Here's an update to my condition.

I did a doppler and MRI scan: MRI showed nothing wrong. Doppler showed I have a calcified plague at about 0.9mm to the left, and uro said this cannot be the cause of my erectile dysfunction (Is 0.9mm that small?). I however find it weird that the doppler scan did not find any plaque to the right of my penis despite an obvious bend to the right and feeling of lump.

I now have hard flaccid, more priminent while standing. I also hardly ever get erections when standing. I can get a reasonable erection while lying down after mental stimulation.

Doppler result showed that there is no demonstratable evidence of a venous leak, although my penis didn't totally increase to the injection.

When i do a stretch to the left of my penis I feel a dull pain, possibly confirming the calcified plaque in the doppler result.

The 2 huge lumps to the left of my penis were said to be enlaged veins. I can see them visibly when I get my hard flaccid.

Now I am confused, result says no venous leak but why do I get erections while lying down but never when standing? Why do I also get hard flaccid while standing? Is this because of the plaque?

Will this ever heal? Will I get normal erecctions when standing again?

I am still on pentox and L Arginnine

Thanks
