Ok guys, I need some education.

What's the difference between a Doppler and ultrasound? Or is it the same thing?

Also, I had a doctor order these tests but with no injection.

What's the benefit of flaccid versus erect?

Thanks in advance.

Í see you are still having doubts about going with Dr Goldstein for your diagnostic...

Doppler is a diagnostic tool that could be used to locate the plaque.  Ultrasound is the instrument that would send "shock waves" to the plaque that could possibly break it down into smaller fragments. Neither require an injection as they are both probes that slide across skin and don't penetrate flesh
Hourglass damage of more than 10 years causing significant loss of length, girth, rigidity.    Currently using Trimix with marginal results
