So I over pumped using the A cylinder last week. Glands looked super swollen and stretched, and when I went for a piss I noticed fluid build up on the under side under the glands. I freaked out and saw the doctor. The fluid went down rather quickly but my plaque had now doubled (I not have a band of plaque just under my glands) and I noticed that my glands really really soft when flaccid in proportion to the rest of the penis. Furthermore, when erect it does not expand to the size that it once was.

I am really scared. Did I just give my self Venous leak? I know i should super super rest it but I keep checking?

Need some support please.

First, all the VED protocols are stating not to over-pump, pump to the level that you don't feel discomfort or pain

Second, make a break and try to relax; most probably things will go back to normal after a while.

Third, I never read about VED making venous leak. Personally, I don't understand how VED can make venous leak.

It happened to me with the "Cup" traction device, on the glans. It healed in two weeks more or less.

If you don't pump erect, which you should never ever do then chances are you haven't injured yourself and you will heal up. There was a user here that also had his penis swollen for a day because of over pumping and it healed up nicely after some time.

Yeah I think I've over reacted a bit. My penis feels very very numb but I've been advised by the urologist that it's probably stunned nerves which should reactivate in a month or two. So I won't be touching it until the end of October. I can still get an erection if I put my mind to it (although as I say I am avoiding it)

Currently doing a two day fast to get rid of any inflammation. So far think things are getting a little better.

I was a total fool being strict with the A cylinder. I should have just gone with B when I first noticed tension. Hopefully I can get back on this in November. I really think the VED was softing the plaque and my post is perhaps a bit of unneeded scaremongering.

I'll update on this thread how things are at the end of September so I can be a case study for anyone in a similar situation.

Update:

Yes I have overreacted. My penis can still get erect. Although the pressure has made me scar on the left side so I've kinda nebit procedured myself. Straight now - not sure how I feel about that.

Glads are not really a problem. They inflate fine now.

Think I could have rested better. Struggled to get of mastubation. But I'm on a good system now. Plan to start VED again mid November because the scar on my right side continues to grow and harden.

Plan to get back on rice sock as well and hand traction. Put some Castor oil on it the last few nights to get rid of inflammation.

Back on l-arginine, Co Enzyme, and l-carnitine. Trying to cut down junk food. Maxing anti oxidants.

To so summerise : I now have an hour glass under my glands.

SAD!
