Worried about alprostadil injection

Had a doppler with Dr. Eid yesterday.

I trust this guy but I am worried about future damage. He manipulated my dick pretty hard mashing the plaque around and stretching it for measurement. He also stretched my erect penis a bit as well.

After all of this my dick hurt pretty bad for a number of hours. Partly probably due to the alprostadil itself.

But the main thing I am worried about is the result of the injection. I had an erection for almost 3 hours afterwards. It would not go down. I had to masturbate (with no lube). I urinated twice. I walked around. Still would not go down.

He was all prepared to do the noradrenaline injection to bring it down along with aspiration. I wanted no part of that. So I just paced and tried to get as upset as I could and waved my arms around to get adrenaline going (it binds with alprostadil).

It finally got down to about 30 percent erection and he said I was fine to leave the office.

Should I be worried or should I just trust the man? It wasn't "technically" priapism after all. The erection did abate.
