logging in 3 times before getting connected

3 times a charm, it takes me 3 logins before I get connected, anyone else having this problem. Junior

This happens a week ago. Must attempt several times.
There was an error msg.
Last days no problems.

Bachelek,

I bet that was more like 2 weeks ago and that was probably associated with the DDoS attack that was using up all our bandwidth.  That issue is resolved. 

I am not sure if that was Junior's issue or if his problem was something current.
