Hello everybody, I wanted to share my story in hopes that are any possible recommendations or potentially help others.

So this has been going on for awhile....

Toward the end of 2018 I was having some Erectile Dysfunction issues but didn't think that much about because there was a lot of stress going on at work and it wasn't just happening.

I had a vasectomy the early part of January in 2019.  About three days after the vasectomy I injured my penis stepping into a truck (sounds stupid and unsure how I hurt it).  The injury resulted in a bruise down the left side of my shaft and into the high groin area.  I waited a little bit before going back to my urologist and he said everything should be fine but I had small hematoma where my penis meets my groin.  Fast forward a few weeks my entire penis started to feel hard whenever I was flaccid and was a little smaller than normal.  I went back to the urologist and he said this is something he hasn't seen before.  He Rx me some medicine in case it's an infection and told me to come back in two months.  So I did and had the same condition, he said I should see another urologist.

I went to see the second urologist and he thought I had high flow priapism.  He thought it would heal itself but said I could get an arteriogram to see if there was a fistula.  I got the arteriogram because I am trying to figure this thing out and unfortunately the arteriogram showed nothing.  Went back to the urologist and he recommended I see someone else.

The 3rd urologist said this isn't something he has seen before but thought it would pass.  I told him I can get about 75% erections sometimes but that's when I am fully aroused. He Rx Pentox and daily Cialis with the hopes the body would cure itself and he tested my testosterone which was 320.  I went back to him a few more times without much improvement and he recommended another urologist to me.  He thought I had a form of Peyriones but my penis doesn't have any curves, hasn't changed in size, and the harden spots are on both sides of my shaft running up and down the penis.

In searching for help I came across a medical clinic that uses a tool similar to Gainswave called Big D Wave.  I have gone through six sessions of the Big D Wave along with getting a P-Shot.  I also have being doing VED for about a month.  I would like to think I have had progress with the treatments.  They also tested my testosterone and it was 280.  I recently got on pellets a week ago to boost my testosterone to see if that will help.

Every specialist I talked with states this is unusual.  My penis almost feels tired, swollen, and sore sometimes and I do not know what to think of it.  I will take anti-inflammatory medicine that seems to help some.

I have been on Pentox, L-Arginine, Vitamin E, and daily Cialis for about three months now.

One urologist thinks I have a form of Peyriones but is unsure and the other urologist don't know what to think of my condition.

Any help or ideas or suggestions? Or maybe you know something I don't.

Thanks in advance.

Sadly, if you had 3 urologists examine you and fail to understand the problem it is very unlikely anyone here will figure it out.

Since anti-inflammatories help some, I would go on a strict anti-inflammatory diet, possibly after fasting from food for a few days.  I know that sounds radical to anyone that has not done it but what is the alternative?  Fasting and keto diet apparently shows some great results with some of our members.

I would get daily erections, either natural of by VED especially if you are not getting night-time erections (NTE).  I am NOT suggesting daily masturbation or pornography.  Trazadone (1/2 of 50 mg tablet) is also great if you are not getting NTE's

I would also add some supplements, not because they will help but because they have only healthy side-effects and cannot hurt.  These could help: Alpha-lipoic Acid, L-Arginine, CoQ10, Resveratrol, and Pycnogenol.  If your budget is limited I ranked in the order of importance from my point of view.

There are other things like very warm soaks or even heat from a heat lamp or hand warmers,  there is much on this forum if you search any of these.

At this point you are treating something 3 urologists cannot diagnose so general good health, sleep, diet, stress reduction, not tobacco or alcohol are all positive things

I have been getting more random erections from the testosterone pellets I have been on.

I am wondering if something is strained in my penis and maybe it just needs some rest?

What issues does masturbation cause?  I am using VED daily and have stopped masturbating.

Well if your wrist is: swollen, inflamed, infected, bruised, strained, sprained, ripped, torn, or otherwise damaged then twisting, bending, or rubbing will not help it.
