I have damaged my penis in the last months during intercourse and an urologist saw a healing wound in the penis via ultrasound. He told me I shouldn't worry and that it should heal itself with enough time.

I've read through this forum and I'm taking ALC, Coenzyme Q10, L-Arginine. Not sure if I should start taking Pentoxifylline as well or if there is anything else I could do.

I do get painful erections and the wound is on the left side and my penis bends to the left slightly when flaccid

How long ago was it? Give more details. How exactly was your fracture?

It was maybe 4 months ago.  It slipped out during penetration and I stabbed my girlfriend with it. It was a sharp pain and I got flaccid quick but it got hard again after a few seconds. It must have bent to the left because I noticed this lump on the left side of my shaft.

So... A classical penile fracture. Did you stop all sexual activity for 2 months straight? That is the bare minimum you can do. Did you doctor told you how your blood flow was on the ultrasound? Are you on erection medication?

I don't think it was a penile fracture because there was no bruising or discoloration or swelling at all. I didn't stop sexual activity at all. Not taking any erection drugs, he didn't tell me how my blood flow was... I'm taking Q10, ALC and L-arginine and eating healthy currently. I never really abstained from sexual activity ever since this happened

Hi, similar thing happened to me

I am hesitant to go to ER and wait 10 hours to get seen since it does not seem to be a full on fracture

however it does seem to have been damaged to some degree from excessive force to the erect penis. I am not sure how to handle this. Taking the standard pav cocktail as well

Wondering if I should abstain from sex.
Erectile dysfunction no peyronies.
Medical imaging showed septal scarring.

ED started after smoking very high amounts of cannabis daily for a year.

Been on daily pentoxy and on demand cialis with no improvement in symptoms in the past 4 years.

Yes. Add VED, Pentox and low dose Cialis. Check before the interactions with ALC, Coenzyme Q10, L-Arginine.

Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
