I have a 30 degree upward curve and have had it for as long as I can remember, since early teenage years, It hasn't gotten worse. Penetration isn't really difficult and most women enjoy having intercourse with me. But I'm worried why my urologist would suggest surgery if it's only 30 degrees. Should I do it or try Xiaflex treatment? I want to post a photo but not sure on how to.

So you have congenital curvature. Do you have ed as well? Or just curvature?

7 inches length pand 5 inch girth. No problems with getting erections and never felt pain either. Is it normal to have this much curvature?

Why would you do anything if everything works and you and your partner enjoy sex?  I have been here for 15 years.  I have had a penile implant I am in love with, but if I were you I would dare anyone come near me with a knife or a needle.

I will second Hawk.

In your situation you should no even think about surgery.
Maybe your urologist want to get some experience by cutting.

30° upward curve has been the outcome of some implants. I do not remember the poster but he was proud of it and happy.  I would be please with that, especially since it worked well. The question I have is why would be seeing a urologist then?  Implants, cell destruction injections, and surgical procedures are not without issues and flaws. There a trade offs.  Enjoy what you have buddy. When it works well and all are happy, it is a wonderful thing. Cheers.

It seems that it is your "normal" shape and is not Peyronies. I would not worry. If you are sporting a thick 7 inches, be very happy!! Upward bends are not "as bad" as downward of angled to the side. So, keep loving it and enjoy yourself! Stop worrying!

You are already very fortunate. Just try to avoid getting real peyronies in the future! I suppose if you really hate the curve, traction might help a bit over time.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

You should be careful not to do anything high risk in the future as with that kind of curvature it will be easier to suffer trauma and get peyronies.
