30 degree upward curve, urologist suggested surgery

I have a 30 degree upward curve and have had it for as long as I can remember, penetration isn't really difficult and most women enjoy it. But I feel self concsious about it. Is it worth doing the surgery? Or should I try Xiaflex treatment

Surgery and Xiaflex are both invasive, why not try supplements drugs and physical therapies? Traction alone could greatly benefit you EVEN if you go the Xiaflex route.
