3 days ago I had a lot of swelling below the glans (donut dick) using ved. It went down overnight so I thought I was good to go and used ved the next night but on the smallest cylinder and was fine. Then I went back to my normal protocol the following day, not going particularly hard at all just a normal session and yet I got donut dick again which also leads to some dull pain below the head where some little veins are

Now I skipped ved last night and swelling is completely gone but still some dull
Pain just below the head. If swelling is gone does that mean edema is now gone or can you have edema anyway? Just wanting to know what I should do now. I need to use ved to be able to have sex and if I keep getting donut dick when I pump I'm screwed

I plan to wait at least 5 days or Longer if I have dull pain and try ved again on small cylinder this weekend then slowly work up again

What can cause this? Last few sessions before edema I was getting the base sucked into the cylinder and was pumping with it anyway can that cause fluid to be sucked into the penis at all? Really need this to heal because f I can't ved then no hope of sex without implant and I'm still too young for that. Any supplements I can take?

I am still using my heat sock and 5 mins Manual traction a day is that ok?

I had full blown donut effect and it took me years to fully recover.

I won't use VED again since that happened but I have tested it and I can use it without much swelling now. For swelling pine bark (pycnogenol) works well as possibly bromelain and absolutely fasting / keto. Just be careful with fasting and make sure you know what you're doing.

Hi, In my early days i suffered from Donut and swelling, i put it down to over pumping or holding vacuum pressure too long, i reduce the amount of VED sessions and the vacuum pull, reduced the amount of stretch, now after just over 3 years of VED i do 1 x 15 minute session per day and never have any of the swelling i used to get, i also found if you use a cylinder that's to tight this can course swelling, i now use the Soma unit with the XL cylinder works a treat.

In your 2018 video on VED therapy you mentioned that you had the donut effect. I was happy to hear you saying that you eventually recovered from it after such a long time, must have been tough.

I just started VED because I can't get traction to work and I'm trying to be cautious / learn from your experience. I think that I have an inflammed lymphatic vessel, lymphangiosclerosis, close to the glans (for about 7 months now, since before onset of Peyronies Disease. I actually suspect that the lymphangiosclerosis is directly related to the onset of Peyronies Disease). The cord-like vessel is there when flaccid, but not very pronounced and not very hard. But when I do traction or when I get an erection and my foreskin pulls below the gland and becomes really tight it aggravates and becomes very hard.

1. Do you have any recommendations for healing lymphangiosclerosis besides Keto (unfortunately doesn't work for me)? Any supplements, or anything else? In the video you said you gave your penis rest and it healed. That didn't really work for me, I gave it a lot of rest when it first came up but it never went away. I also fasted for 5 days when Peyronies Disease started. Nothing changed. Sorry if your recommendation for lymphangiosclerosis would be the same as the one you gave for the donut effect (i.e. bromelain and pine bark). I just thought they might be two different conditions.

2. I want to get VED to work so I would like to look for signs that the donut effect might start to be able to stop at the right moment: In your video you mentioned a tingling sensation before the injury. Did you and Zeckelbaum notice something else? A lymphatic vessel swelling before the injury?
- mid 20s
- bend started November 2020
- acute phase? Some pain, not much, but bend to the left 30 to 40 degrees and left side starting to shrink
- not doing traction yet, planning on trying restoreX

I had a lymphatic edema under the glans, I removed it using a compression bandage for many hours, several days.
horsetail tea also helps it drain.
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

Mr man

For swelling. I use 4 drops of black seed oil and 1 drop of DMSO. Before bedtime. Rub it in the affected area. By morning there's always major improvement.

Make sure to wear cotton pyjamas. I usually don't wear underwear.

Hope that helps.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
