I.m going crazy ...... please help ........

Hello everyone again. I hope to find someone to answer or share their opinion. The problem is this and I'm already going crazy. I thought I had a venous leak as well as a weak blood flow, but sometimes my erection is strong. A few days ago my girlfriend was making me French and her erection was strong for at least 8-9 minutes without falling. Yesterday we tried to have sex and at the very beginning my erection was not so strong, then during sex it became even weaker and we stopped. I ejaculated at 50% erection. .... then the erection started to drop. I tried porn today .... the erection is weak all the time, but when I see something I like very much it becomes strong for a few minutes and then falls again. I need a strong stimulus all the time to maintain it, but then premature ejaculation occurs. I'm going to go crazy now, I don't know if I have a venous leak and that's the problem. or is it something else. Is it any infection or something ..... I'm going to go crazy .......

Welcome to the forum.  We are glad to answer your questions.

1.  I am not sure I clearly understand this question but the only way to be certain if you have venous leakage is with doppler sonogram ordered by a urologist or sexual health doctor.  There are many reasons other than venous leakage that could cause a man could have trouble getting or keeping an erection.  One thing to try is a cockring or band that restricts the flow of venous blood to see if that helps.

Have you followed any of that advice?  If so, what was the outcome?

In the previous post I did not describe the details. I ordered a ring 2 days ago. I'm waiting for the Doppler on August 15th. I just wanted to hear other people's opinions because I'm going crazy. I only think about it, I can't work, sleep ...... nothing. Please people who have more knowledge to answer ....... please ..... so much ........

Now, I went from phenomenally functional for decades to zero erection in one day from surgery so it is not like I don't understand your loss or concern.  I know you want someone to say something that will make your dick to magically start working without fail but the first and the very most important thing for you to treat is your mental frame of mind.  For one thing, concern, fear, stress, worry, anger, all release adrenalin that then physiologically kill an erection because adrenalin binds to receptors needed to open blood flow to the penis.  Beyond that, stress can be a factor in developing Peyronies Disease.  Finally, you are letting a solvable problem wreck the rest of your meaningful life.

Get some guided meditation and learn to focus on other things and get on with life until you solve this.  You might need a low dose oral drug like Cialis or Viagra.  You might need something as involved as a penile implant but there is a solution that will fix this.  In the many years I have run this forum I have learned that a charming considerate, creative guy can get a woman without a functioning penis but a needy, scared, angry guy with a fully functional penis cannot hang onto a woman.

In the quote above I listed the parts of your post that I do not understand.  I will address the parts I do understand and a little extra.

I can make any man lose an erection in the middle of sex just by pointing a handgun at his face and convincing him I am going to shoot.  If your mind starts to stress, thinking about whether your erection will last  AND you are pumping stress hormones into your body it attacks both your psychological stimulation AND your physiological stimulation as I explained before.  Maybe on top of both of those you do have some blood flow or other issues but stress can kill erections all by itself and it varies from time to time.  You are very wrong to doubt that.

There are only a few good things you can do before you try a cockring and get a doppler test.  What you can do is stop fretting and listen to what I told you.  Laydown, get some guided meditation from the internet until you find some that you like.  Practice Until you get good at meditation and working on your mental state.  If you are unwilling to try this then I will stop bothering you and maybe someone else can come up with a better plan.

Hello sten1, I am sorry to hear your problem. I fractured my penis 2 months ago, so far no ED. How big was your fracture? Have you had surgery? My doc says venous leak doesn't develop later if it didn't start immediately after the fracture. Since you mentioned you are extremely stressed, I think this might be the main issue with your ED. Also, do you have peyronies dissease?

As others stated already, stress is really causing Erectile Dysfunction.
You also stated that you failed two times with a girl. It is not an indication for the future. Maybe it was not the correct time for having sex? Maybe you were just trying to prove for yourself that you are OK? In this case, for sure your stress was at a very high level.

Myself was not able to get an erection even before Peyronies and Erectile Dysfunction without an emotional connection to my partner.

You stated in your profile:

Normal erections only after Horny Goat / Epimedium / + honey and more herbs.

So basically you have a solution Why go crazy?
Sorry for being blunt, but instead of going crazy, start doing some treatment and change your attitude to the subject

Pfract - Take Vitamin E. Tribulus T. For 4 days I started Cialis 5mg but it has no effect.

Nocekgari - The doctor said he wasn't big, but he might have said it so I wouldn't worry. I had surgery. I have a plaque that I think has diminished but I can imagine. For now I have no distortion.

James - I really have to think about this ......

It struck me that 2 times after urinating I had blood in the last drops of urine. One time after sex too. I had no blood in the ejaculate and in the urine. Also small blood clots on the second urination.
Has anyone had such a thing? The doctor says it has nothing to do with the fracture ...
