"Slav squatting" as Peyronie treatment?

I made a topic earlier about my thoughts on Peyronie and pelvic floor dysfunction and many people agreed with me that there is a connection. I don't know exactly what it is but i have a feeling that a very tight pelvic floor cuts a part of blood circulation to the penis, the erections lose quality and then peyronie happens, as such damage is much more likely to happen IF the penis is not completely erect.

Slav squatting is squatting with your heels touching the ground, whereas regular squatting is sitting on your toes only. Hilariously enough, the latter is called "Western spy squat". This is how the two look side by side

This is also connected to defecation, as humans were not evolved to defecate sitting down, but squatting. There is a muscle that tightens your colon if you're not squatting.

Interestingly enough, i could not, for the life of me, do a slav squat before. My muscles were very tight, i had anterior pelvic tilt, tight pelvic floor, lower back pain and other issues like constipation.

I started practicing the slav squat and at some point i managed to do it. It is surprisingly VERY comfortable and you can feel everything relax down there.

What i noticed after a while is that i also get a weird "full" feeling in my penis while doing the squat and after. It's like it gets more blood and everything is relaxed. My penis is finally looking almost normal when flaccid, whereas before the peyronie incident and after it was "tucked back" and it was looking small and stiff. Now it's just hanging out "properly" sometimes, like it did 5-10 years ago.

After i squat i feel a good kind of pain exactly where my plaque is.

I now think there is definitely a connection with peyronie and i think squatting and relaxing those muscles is key. I would've went to a pelvic floor specialist too but apparently there is none in my country.

What is your experience with the slav squat? Can you even do it?
31 yo, Hourglass Peyronies likely because of masturbation

Treatment: Vit E and fish oil (vitD+E), no more masturbation; good improvement so far, less hourglass both in flaccid and erect state, little to no pain during erection now

I think anything that helps increase blood flow and deceases muscle stiffness has to help with all things that reduce our ability to get and maintain a strong erection. Men do not take of themselves and think their dicks are going to work the rest of their lives.

Oh yeah, I love this type of squat, I call it ass to grass lol  :)

I do about 25 or so, sometimes before I shower, or sometimes after a shower, then I shake out my penis (helicopter style) and well it makes for a good flaccid hang, nice  ;), you need to go slowwwly though.

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

The penis did not evolve to spin like a helicopter blade.  That can trigger trauma and everything that follow trauma.

Yeah, I meant 'gently' shake my penis out, we're not talking RPM (revs per minute) here lol. The effect then is more a gentle manual stretch (in all directions) from the base.
