Young Man

Hello gentlemen,

So here I finally post. It's a been a while that I am lurking on this forum, and  I thought today (it's more like 4am actually :-) was a good day to introduce myself.

I'm 24 years old, (yeah I know, the 20's with peyronie's club...) I have been diagnosed with the peyronie's for about a year. I have been following the usual recommended Oral protocol (coq10, alcar, pentox, and low dose of Cialis). I was so so worried, not because of the bend so much, but more because of the lose of erect length. ( massacred my ego ...).

But everything stabilized, things got pretty great, I had a great sex life to be honest. So great, that slowly stoped taking the drugs, one after the other, I guess I was relieved not to constantly have to worry about my dick for a while and enjoy life.
While breaking up with my girl, I stopped having sex for about 2 weeks, and when I got back with my girl, I realized my cock was getting a lot worse and painful again. I'd speculate that its the lack of erections that allowed the scared tissues to "consolidate" in a flaccid state or something, but some people here swear by No Fap so ...

Long story short, my cock got way more crooked than it was before and I lost another Inch. Which you can assume, damaged my ego further.
I live in the US and France so, I got advantage of the free healthcare in France, and went to see a Urologist who told me that there is nothing that really works besides surgery... Which I know isn't true.

So back at the drawing board, and back here on this forum. I'm writing this time because I guess I felt lonely carrying this "disease" alone, and not being able to share about it.

BUT I won't let my psyche get on a downward spiral. I'm resilient, very optimistic and won't give up.

Thank you for reading me,
I'm looking forward to learn with some of the members. And also support people the way I can with this ego shredding disease.

Regards.

Welcome,  YM. You're definitely not alone in this, and this is a great place to get ideas, help, and support.
It sounds like you know what to do already, so I'd get busy with things you can control (supplements, stretches, etc - whatever worked for you last time). You've got a great forum here for support and question-answering, so let us know how we can help.
We're here for you.

Randy et al.
Peyronie's since 2017
Have tried: X4Labs Extender; Phallosan; Jelqing; Manual Massage & Stretches; VED Pump; DMSO + Iodine, Vit E; Ultrasound.
Curve gone from 90 degrees to 20.
Still have hour glassing, which I HATE
Open to new suggestions & ideas.

Young Man,

I am sorry for your situation but glad you are here EXCEPT, what are you going to do with your forum name in 60 years when you are running the forum and giving advice to others as an 84-year-old "Young Man"  ;)

You did not mention traction or VED.  I would strongly consider those used cautiously and of course get back on what worked.

Haha you got me, I felt inspired by Old Man, he got his peyronies at my age after all.
Or perhaps we are gonna find out a way to stay young with all the research people do on tissue regeneration here.
I could very well still own my username in 60 yrs ;D

I indeed did not mention VED or traction. I started a little bit of manual traction, but looking into what pump and traction device I should get right now. I got arrested at the Manilla Airport with a VED device in my suitcase once, I guess the pump pumping system looked like a gun I guess. Damn awkward, so looking at other options  ;)

Thank you for your welcome Hawk.

A Vaccurect has no metal parts and has no handheld pump.  It also has clear washers that your penis slips through prior to erection rather than bands that snap onto the erect penis.  If I were going to get a single-cylinder VED I would strongly consider it but you might want a 3 cylinder Agusta.

If your curve has remained pretty much the same I doubt it is Peyronies Disease.

Hey man. I'm 19 with peyronies. A crap thing to deal with but it changed my life, every other aspect of it got better besides My sex life. It forced me to change how I though about EVERYTHING. I re evaluated everything. My career path, my way of thinking, how I viewed sex and women. My mindset is on a whole other level now. Just waiting till this crap gets resolved and I'm going to be 1000% happy with nothing to complain about. I'm going to start traction soon.
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

Most of us on this site have dealt with our egos being destroyed! It is vert hard. You do need to see a doctor if your bend is worse and the pain is back. There are treatments, but many will not work as they are advertised. The one thing, stay positive and don't put all your self esteem in your penis. You will figure this journey out. Hang in there

@Hawk haha thanks a no metal parts and no handgun looking device seems better suited for travels indeed. Thank you, I was actually eyeing the Agusta system as I might want to follow to 26weeks protocol (I think it calls for a 3 cylinder device).
There are two versions, a manual and en electric pump. which one would you recommend ?

@Diehardpatriot, damn I feel for you man. I'm glad you found the strength to flip this situation and learn about yourself and reframe everything.
I defenitnetly need to face it, I admit I have been a little bit a denial phase until now.

@JHC thank you for your words.

I feel much inspired reading reading you all. I definitely already feel less alone in this already. Thank you !

Get the manual NOT the electric.  It is well-accepted as the better choice.

PS: will you be near Dr. Lue when at college?
