I'm currently trying to heal my injury as fast as possible.
1)
Should I still use the same diet / take the same supplements that people with Peyronie's disease take, to ensure that I don't get Peyronie's?
2)
Are there any supplements that are pointless to take if you don't have the disease yet?
3)
are there any supplements/lifestyle changes that will make it heal quicker? It's probably a minor fracture

Need some more details about your injury. Have you seen a doctor?
I describe it in this post: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,12209.0.html

I saw a urologist but I explained it poorly and therefore he thought it was a ligmanet issue but now I know it's not a ligament issue

I'm really not qualified to diagnose anything. Wait till some others weigh in here. I would go to another urologist in the meantime but that's me.
