Other Diangosis

Have any of you heard of any other conditions that can cause a small hard feeling lump?  Ultrasounds are not showing any plaque but I can feel a couple of these and still haven't been able to get a diagnosis.  Only thing I can think of is that it might be a part of a vein that feels hard due to hard flaccid.

I think penile Mondor's can cause lumps. Someone else can chime in here...

Would those be permanent?  I have had these bumps for many years
