I've been waking up with erections a lot recently, which is something I should be happy about because it's the first time I've been getting them consistantly in what feels like months (I stopped masturbating/watching porn. I'm on day 16 or so).

However, my penis stings inside when I wake up. I noticed a curve on the left side (from my pov). I panicked at first but figured it'd go away. It's still there and the pain's still there. I'm almost going on a month with this and today when I got an erection I noticed another curve near the base.

I'm still waiting to see my doctor and have a lot of time left.

I'm extremely depressed and anxious. I'm trying to read up on what to do but all I see is a bunch of talk of different supplements and techniques that feel alien to me as right now my anxiety's preventing me from thinking straight.

I just want it to go back to normal and I don't know what to so.

I know very well that its hard to stay positive. I would recommend you to start treatment now by your own to stop further progression.
You can start with 2g L-Arginine, 2g L-carnitine, a lot green tea, a lot water. You dont need a prescription for these. You also have to sleep well. I make a lot breathing exercises during the day I saw on youtube. Its important to breathe because when having depression and anxiety we are most likely to forget about good breathing. it will surely help you with your anxiety. I was also struggling with anxiety in the first weeks. Do squats and push ups regularly. try to sit a lot in the sun otherwise take vitamine D.
