Peyronies and Pleasureless Orgasms? Anyone else?

I've had peyronies for a couple years.  I'm lucky enough to not suffer from ED (most of the time).  For the last 6 months or so, I've lost just about all pleasure at time of orgasm.  I am sure it could be caused by any number of things, but....I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this.

I was wondering if it's possible its a symptom of Peyronies?  Or maybe Xiaflex, which I started treatments of approximately a year ago?  Or maybe Restorex which I've used for 18 months or so?

Again, I'm sorry, not trying to scare anyone.  Very possible and probably even likely it is completely unrelated.  But I did want to ask if anyone else has suffered from this?  If so, were you able to improve your situation?  How?

Thanks,

Oscar

I haven't experienced that at all, orgasm and pleasure are two very close friends for me lol

Also I know it's not the thread for it, but would like to ask you if you could kindly comment your experience on Restorex! Anything that you want to share about its use/recommendations, the result it gave you, etc.. I'm about to start with it and any help is welcome  :D

Prolonged fasting and a 3-month NoFap flatline. Will probably be enough.

If not, try TRT and hGH therapy.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.

I've been experiencing anorgasmia since Dec 2016. Every once in a blue moon I'll get some chills or almost feel an orgasm hit but for the most part I just don't feel it.

I didn't notice a curve until the second half of June 2019.

I have experienced some of this. Orgasms aren't as strong and as pleasant as they use to be. The semen also drips out instead of squirting and sometimes will have a dry orgasm.

Can be caused from a number of things like you said. I did notice pentox helped a bit as did noFap and Keto may also help.

My experience with peyronie about this is that my orgasm is similar to what JJ21 described: not as intense and pleasurable as it used to be. I also notice about sperm dripping rather than squirting, even a continuity of spilling after orgasm when the penis returns to the flaccid state. I believe it must be because the hardened plaque that is on my dorse/side along the entire penile axis is what causes all this, it is as if it exerts such a strong pressure that prevents the expansion of scar tissue during erection, preventing the strong contractions at orgasm time. This is almost certainly responsible for this sense of incompleteness in orgasm. Also, I attribute the lack of full sensations in the penis also responsible for this poor quality in orgasm.
54 years, self-induced peyronie
Upward curvature ~40º-50º, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and erect. Multiple plaques, loss of sensitivity, pain sometimes in a flaccid state and always on erection, axial instability and erectile dysfunction

P1992 - you described it perfectly - there have been some people that have been able to cure this with Keto diet (do a forum search).

Pentox also helped a bit for me.

I've had the same issue now for several months- almost pleasureless orgasms. Maybe because of the mild erection pain from peyronies. Also experiencing the same sperm issues, just small spurts and dribbling later on after erection goes away. Possibly prostatitis. Could also be from tight muscles in prostate area just from sitting too much. Will be trying more exercise, stretching, maybe yoga + healthier lifestyle & sleep before attributing to peyronies.
Age 37. First symptoms Jan 2019. Small (4mm) calcified plaque near head, and narrowing near plaque, last 1/3 of shaft. Used pentox for 1 year. Still using tadalafil 5mg, coq10. VED & mild traction helping w/ erection quality

I have definitely noticed that my orgasms have been less pleasurable recently.

Although, I'm not sure how much of this is psychological. I do notice that my ejaculations don't spurt as strongly.
Also, my my glans used to swell a little when I would cum and my penis would sort of bob up with each spurt, but that doesn't seem to be happening anymore, at least not as much.

I can still have pleasurable orgasms, but maybe not as pleasurable? And sometimes my orgasms are not pleasurable at all, or are even uncomfortable.

Slight bend to the left and down
downward hinging
distal hourglassing
loss of sensation

I lost a lot of sensitivity around the affected area's but can still achieve a pleasurable orgasm, the sensation during sex/masturbation just changed. It's like having to get used to the fact your penis has a different shape, but fortunately the sensation is not tatally gone, it's just a lot different..
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

MacMathuna

I have found that I don't really feel much of anything until after I've been having sex for a little while... not long... like half a minute or so. But when I first start to have sex there's not really much sensation. When I start to masturbate it's like I might as well be moving the skin around on my elbow. It's doesn't feel sexual or pleasurable at all. I pretty much can't enjoy getting head. :(

Personally Ive only used the thing twice since onset in november, taking more of a resting approach since mine has a consistent ache. (I know this is a debated topic, but for me resting it overall seems to be helping decrease the pain over time)

the first time was a bit weird, I was very scared that the "pumping forces" would hurt me so it was sort of a soft one

The second time was more recent and it felt PRETTY normal, again a bit of fear but I let it happen

Suspected peyronies after using a cock ring November 2019
Ring of tissue pigment change at base, hour glass effect on the right side, bands of scar tissue forming in 4 different spots
Significant pain in both flaccid and hard states

I never noticed any change in orgasm, pleasure, ejaculation or any of that. It's just the loss of length and shape that made it seem different. To go from a 20.5 cm (8 inch) penis that was totally straight to some bent and shrunken Peyroines Penis really does a number on you psychologically. There's not as much length and the shape is annoying. That's what takes the fun out of it. I think I'd trade my right hand for my old non-Peyroines penis.

Have you guys been pumping and using a traction device?

Keto can really help too - especially if the lack of sensation is a nerve issue. Also a B complex Vitamin and Acetyl L Carnitine could help repair nerve damage.

agree with jj21. it's improved over time though for me. I think simply caused by the plaque so we need to continue working on that.
.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

Project Peyronies Disease 100% agree. Work on reducing the plaque and the other symptoms should improve.

I also have a deteriorated orgasm and asthenic ejaculation (without force), due to a spongy body / urethra injury (peyronie), and a partial circumcision that took away a lot of sensitivity and made my erection worse.
With traction I was able to improve this but temporarily, it only lasted 6 days, now I am going to make a post.

I agree with much of what you say.

those with bad orgasms and drooling ejaculation, did they have the injury under the penis? (spongy body / urethra)
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

jj21

Toby Gaby - That's a good point there my lumps seem to be on the underside of my penis. Is that closer to the urethra?

jj21: yes, the urethra is in the spongy body, the tube underneath, I have decreased urine flow and problems in the pelvic floor due to that.
this improved with traction as well, but temporarily

Thats very interesting. I've been pumping a lot but havent done much traction.

Would you mind sharing your traction routine?

And why do you think it was that you only saw temporary benefit?

Thanks,

Sounds like a testosterone issue. I'm 30 and I had low t in my mid 20s even before Peyronies. And my orgasms were trash. Workout lose fat and eat red meat. You'll be blowing loads left and right with great sensation (excuse the bluntness). Also if this is a Peyronies issue take l carnitine. I split it 500mg multiple times a day and i have insane improvements when it comes to sponginess and that overall well healthy feeling of the penis. I also cut out sugar to very minimal amounts. Even drink my coffee black. Not sure what exactly caused the improvements but they're happening.
