Thiking of getting another doppler ultrasound

Back in march I refused to get a doppler ultrasound with an induced erection, so they did it in flaccid state.  I still have been erection checking every morning. And nothing has changed. The doctor said it's something I had since birth. And I'm normal. Also before the ultrasound they did the check plaque with the touch and feel test.

However, I am not convince that I am hundred percent  healthy in the penis area. I may not have peyroines but my girth throughout my penis is different through the shaft. More like a cone shape.

I want to get another ultrasound but this time induced, only thing I fear is actually getting peyroines . What if they inject me once, and it takes 15 injections for it to go down. That's what I fear the most. Also the side effects, brusing, internal bleeding etc. Steers me away from doing it.

Dr. Lipshultz is the specialist I went to see. He's one of the listed specialist on this forum. And I'm going back in july. I have a vein in my flaccid state. Not sure if it's normal or not. It's been there since july of 2018 probably longer than that honestly. So that's why I'm going back it may be Mondor disease or lymphangiosclerosis , but I'm also going to ask for another doppler sound this time with induced erection. I just need this so I can move on.

The biggest regret I have is googling a long time ago in July 2018. Why does my penis curve. Ever since then I'm super paranoid about my penis health. Especially because I constantly masturbate but not once did I injure myself from it. I have however experience swelling twice before after masturbation and it goes away within an hour.

Mid July 2018 - Assumed I had peyroines

March 2019 - Did an doppler ultrasound in flaccid state, no plaque or scar was found. Blood flow was normal

Turns out it's cogential.

If you always remember having the curve and the flaccid ultrasound was clear of peyronies, it's a cogenital curve and you're good to go.  An erect ultrasound is only needed if you have erection problems-it doesn't add any info re peyronies.  If the curve or narrowing is newly acquired I'd recommend a second consult w another peyronies expert-but again only I f you have not always had the curve and shape of today.

Pretty much, yeah it's cogential. I think I want it only to know I am okay, and everything is normal. Then  I can move on once I get that done. I just don't want to risk any damages from it with the injection. Also it's expensive without insurance. I saved two months of my paychecks just to be able to do it. I know if I don't get the induced erection for the penile doppler ultrasound. I will always become obsessed mentally that something is wrong because I've been masturbating almost everyday. Some days I'll masturbate twice a day, some days it's once a day. On top of that I binge porn to check my erections and I can't hold the erection longer than 30 secs. Unless I'm masturbating while watching it then I can maintain the erection.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to go to a sex therapist. Maybe he or she will help you move on. Help you quit focusing on your body. You're going to mess around and give yourself Peyrones
5 Rounds of Xiaflex. Good results.

Can fibrosis be detected in flaccid state during the doppler ultrasound? Is fibrosis plaque or scar? I don't know why I didnt ask this earlier.
