Buying a VED and getting started with VED therapy

I'm new to the Forum and after lots of reading, I'm convinced a VED is something I should invest in for overall therapy and specifically to help with the hourglassing I've got.

It seems most people are recommending SOMAerect ($250). (From what I understand, there used to be a SOMAcorrect product that is no longer out there?) I also read about discounts through mention of this forum, but then saw a post that said the standard price for SOMAerect is now $250 and no discounts. I think I'll get the SOMAerect, and wonder if it is readily available in drugstores like Walgreens or better to order online or through the distributor mentioned in that earlier thread?

Bathmate seems to be a newer product on the market and prices on the website range from about $100-200.

As I understand things, Bathmate fills a chamber with water, whereas SOMAerect uses an air pump to facilitate erections.

I've also heard Vitality mentioned, but neither Bathmate nor Vitality have the 3 different cylinders that are called for in Old Man Protocol.

The logic for a VED is that erections are good because they stimulate lots of blood flow into the penis that will help to foster new cell growth, possibly help break up plaque, and get the penis into its maximum size and correct shape so that scar tissue doesn't bind the penis in a smaller, curved shape.

Many of the posts I've been reading on VED and the Old Man Protocol (which I intend to follow) are from over 10 years ago or more.
Old Man Protocol is here:

Appreciate corrections, advice, and updates as I make a VED device purchase and get started with VED therapy? Thanks so much to all the great forum members and posts here!

Hi Craig, I use the Soma correct and Soma erect units, they helped in a big way to get my penis back to how it was before Peyronies Disease hit me, you may find the 'A' cylinder the smaller of the 3 too small, but you can still use "The Old Man's" protocol with the other 2 cylinders, i regained a 1.5 inch lost through Peyronies Disease, also now have a almost straight penis which did have a 50 deg bend, so good luck, always here if you want ask any questions.
71 UK, ED from 2011, unable to get full erection, Peyronies Disease from  2015 acute bend to left, VED & hand traction + 20mg of Tadalafil twice a week, or when i'm feeling lucky, forum member November 2017. Fav Film&Song, TheGoodTheBadThe Ugly. A Day in the Life

I'm sure you read the survival guide but just in case:  Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums
Giving the VED a try is a great treatment approach.  You might consider adding low dose nightly cialis or viagra and pentox,

craig3, I communicate quite often with Monty, he has had excellent results with the Soma VED and i'm sure he won't mind if you message him directly about his daily use of it.

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Hey guys, would a cheap penis pump from ebay give me the same results as the more expensive VEDs out there?

3 cylinder somaerect is highly regarded if you can afford it.  If not, even an inexpensive manual
