Hello and sorry for the repetition here. I have posted this same question multiple times and am not receiving an appropriate answer.

I CANNOT tolerate Pentox. After much reading here it is apparent that doing VED or traction in the active phase without Pentox causes more damage. I am required to take Pentox. But it causes side effects for me that will cause (literal) death within a few days for various cardiovascular reasons.

Are there any substitutes for Pentox? Please do not suggest Ubiquinol or L-acetyl carnitine. They cause anxiety as well.

Is there another drug that is exactly and precisely like Pentox that does not make you nervous? I can tolerate any other side effect. I don't care if it makes me grow another eyeball. I just can't elevate my heart rate.

I already said this one time. Xiaflex or surgery are your only options if you are not willing to do traction. There is NO magic pill without side effects
5 Rounds of Xiaflex. Good results.

I am known to give out false information and post nonsense with little to no evidence to back up my claims.
I have ignored several warnings. Further reports to the moderators or Administrators and I will be banned.

Bubba, I respect you, but please I am asking others here. I AM willing to do traction. I am doing it right now as I write this. I ONLY need advice on an alternative to Pentox. If it doesn't exist, then please say so, and I will stop asking. I will consider xiaflex after other options have been exhausted. And like I said, I don't care about other side effects. I can take anything, pain, nausea, headaches. I can do that standing on my head. But psychosis I can't do.

Maybe potaba, but prob no other options.  You can do well without it as others have done.

Hey Samsung,

I am no doctor, but it is broadly known that PTX and CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) are the most common and promising supplements.
PTX is about blood flow. If you can't take it, nor its alternatives you could perhaps try hyperthermia or vitamin D (for its proven endothelial function). Traction and VED is beneficial for some men in the active phase (with or without PTX), for others it is the opposite. Peyronies Disease is a very individual condition. If you're not convinced about it being beneficial, or you don't trust it, I wouldn't get started with it, but that's my opinion.

Best of luck,

YG

Hi young guy, is like to comment that VED/traction are helpful fir most men.  Studies support it as do members here in the forum.  Only a few (albeit vocal) guys here claim it is "the opposite".  Also both (esp traction)  has been shown to be helpful in both the active and stabile phases (even for some cases w calcification).  Thxs

Hey Samsung,

You mentioned "cardiovascular" on the reason why you can't take Pentox?

Do you have an underlying heart problem? I've got cardiovascular problems myself and was looking into Pentox & the effects on the heart.

If anyone else can answer/have experience on this that would be so helpful,

I do not have an underlying heart problem except for slightly elevated bp and occasional arrhythmia. Pentox makes my heart rate increase greatly as well as blood pressure. And it causes panic and rage. But to an extreme degree.

I would talk to your doctor about it. I don't have any medical advice to give. It affects some people and others not so much. I think it gives everyone gastrointestinal and immune problems but everyone is different. Most seem to tolerate it.

The dose often makes the poison. Just try very small doses and take maybe more often.
POTABA,  as Tony says, is a good option as it is indicated similar.

Pentox is a;
Phosphodiesterase inhibitor; prevents fibroblast proliferation and collagen/elastin deposition; increases fibrinolytic activity
So anything indicated with these might be used instead. A bit of research on google might bring up something you can post and we can discuss.
