Hey Guys, what part of this Image would Peyronies Be Located?

I found this image of a cadaver of a penis. This was from an NCBI image of a journal for Peyronies Disease studies. I'm wondering where damage typically occurs for it. I still happen to have semi erect waisting, and also sometimes that stupid hard flaccid. This is all on the distal and dorsal side of my penis. Here's an image of the cadaver.
