So far I'm fine. My penis looks like it's the same shape. This is almost a full two years after when I hurt my junk. I've been abstaining from masturbating. I've only coaxed erections to maintain penile health. I've also been sleeping more. No exercise atm. Will do so later. Like cardio and weightlifting to raise testosterone. Also trying to diet lol. Gotta start cooking again. Anyways I can still get erect standing up too. Penis looks the same size and my penis feels soft when flaccid. This photo was taken today. I'm thinking I just have low libido because of stress lately and depression. But I do get erections when lying down and sleeping too. I have heavily cut back on masturbation. Like I'm a once a month dude now. It's not bad. I was excessive back then.

Okay thanks guys. I've been freaking out. But I suppose I can relax. You guys have seen my previous posts. I don't know if I have low T. I don't think so but could be. But Im thinking that I just have stress. Also, I am fat too lol. I'll just be super safe from now on though for real.

Excessive cardio likely to crash Testosterone, weightlifting (in moderation) will lift it.

Try not to mix carbs with fat, I have carb days then alternate with fat days.

Okay thanks Paolo. You guys are super kind. I'll stop this obsessing now. I gotta realize that I'm older now too lol. I'm not 18 anymore. Porn and crap doesn't really work for me lol. Also time for me to take care of myself better.

Does not look like Peyronies Disease at all. I don't even see a plaque.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.
