Is there any possible way to diagnose a venous leak when alprostadil doesn't work? Would a Doppler test be meaningless for me?

A question for a good urologist.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.

Yes it would. There are different combinations of erection drugs the doctor can prescribe you, and you can also use a vacuum erection device with an erection ring, after you inject your self.

There's bimix, trimix, quadmix, and also combining injections with Viagra or Cialis to help it out achieve an erection if you want to go down that route.

As for the diagnosis, yes that is the gold standard to diagnose your ed condition. But the doctor has to be experienced doing it.

My Peyronies Disease was caused by Trimix.

Be very careful. Some people are very sensitive to it. Penile pain and scarring are not uncommon with Trimix.

Urologists have told me that since alprostadil doesn't work it's extremely unlikely that any other medication is going to work so there is basically no point in trying.

So what did these urologists diagnose you with?

Idiopathic congenital erectile dysfunction?

I don't have a diagnosis. That's the point.

@vandelay: you can research all that, that i wrote above. There is also other tests that you can do to diagnose your condition and to know exactly what is the etiology of your ED. Depends on how you want to approach this.

What have you researched so far?

I am not sure any of what I post is going to be new to you but a good Sexual Dysfunction doctor )not a typical urologist) should be able to tell a lot from a Doppler Ultrasound after an injection.  That is the single most useful test but there are others.

While a combination of drugs might not help they just might.  You have nothing to lose by trying.

If you have venous leakage then a cockring typically helps.  I would try a ring before or after injection and notice if it makes ANY difference.  If it does help, you might have to experiment on the right type and size of the ring to get optimal results.  There are many to choose from.

If a ring resolves the problem, you might do as well with a VED and a ring as you will with an injection and a ring.  I would use caution and NOT do an injection and a VED because of the danger that the VED would cause internal bleeding at the injection site which increases the chance of scaring.

You can always take 3000 mg of L-Arginine or L-Citrulline with either VED, Injection, or Cockring to give an extra boost by relaxing arteries and increasing blood flow.  It is fairly cheap, over-the-counter, and has few side effects.

If you take injections, monitor closely for scar tissue, deformity, loss of length or girth since some of these injectable drugs and even the needle itself are known to trigger scar tissue in many men, myself included.

I hope some of this helps.

PS: Finally, regardless of your reason for Erectile Dysfunction, an implant will totally resolve the Erectile Dysfunction portion of your problem and in addition, it will resolve most deformity issues as well.  Good luck!

Even if there is no erection?

Yes, because the injection should open up the arteries supplying the penis and the blood flow pattern can be seen during the test.
