Big Improvements

20 years old, used a rough masturbation technique, have dupentruyes contracture in family genes. Kinda had PIED (porn induced Erectile Dysfunction). Had unsuccessful sex alot of times. Think I also may have had injury during intercourse when i did manage to have sex.. Had bending up and bending in semi erect state after sex or while getting erection. Dick got hard like an hour glass and had hour glassing while flacid sometimes. Experience dhard flacid and size loss in both erect and non erect states. Penis felt like tighter, thinner and just didn't feel normal. Had a lot of pain flacid and erect sometimes, it also came and went. Also had large horizontal cords that were more noticable while erect that I don't think were veins, I know other people have noticed this idk what is is. They were also in the same spots that were painful.

Did abstanance, started eating alot of anti inflamatory foods like tumeric, cacao, blueberries even asprin for the pain and blood thining effects. (research HDAC inhibitors, there is a paper showing these would help with peyroines)

Also started doing long fasts, anywhere from 16 hours to 24 hours, noticed this got rid of inflammation in the region as well and honestly this had the most immediate effect on my peyroines out of any of the treatments. Moreso than doing keto for a while.
Did light traction by hand and not even for that long just to get blood going to the region.

I notice that tumeric and asprin or even nattokanase really soften penis and allow for better traction.

Also weather has gotten better so I like to go outside and do this and it feels good, sunlight on your penis increases testosterone look it up.
Erection is now bigger, painless and goes straight out, only a 10 degree curve up from what was almost a 45 degree curve upwards.
Penis is softer and hangs more often. Also labido is higher could be healthy food, the sunlight or the blood flow down there. I will still get Hard flacid if i am workingout heavily sometimes or stressed or cold.

I know I am young, I have high testatarone and otherwise good genetics so it might take longer for you older guys to heal but I went through this whole year stressed about this, not able to focus on anything, my grades tanked, my relationships got worse and I think being young makes it even harder to deal with socially.

That being said, if you focus on doing wholeistic healing. Its not psuedo science its real, you will see results.
Just focus on getting inflammation out of the penis and getting blood flow in.I think fasting is huge for breaking down the scar tissue through autohphagy and starving the scar tissue of energy similiar to a cancer cell. Also if you look into all the things Ketones can do for you in terms of healing you will really understand why this works. Neoman helped me as well and I think his theory about this being a metobolic disease is in many ways correct. That being said, damage is damage.

Good Luck to everyone, this stuff should be talked about more and I think it represents a larger problem with the western view of health and disease. I bet a lot more people have some sort of damage or inflammation or slight scaring then report it and they just call it Erectile Dysfunction or something so don't think you have some sort of curse, and don't think its irreversible.

Oh and the urolgist saw no scar tissue when I got an ultrasound. But Trust me, or ask for pictures. But my penis HAS changed in shape and size and I can think of nothing else but the scar tissue going away to attribute to that. Also I have scars in other areas that are less inflamed and noticeably smaller and I don't think it is a coincidence.

If you’re interested in fasting consider intermittent fasting as eating in a 8-12 hour period each day and water the rest of the time.  NEVER do dry fasting as there is no research that shows that as safe.  “The Switch” book is a good resource on caloric restriction, intermittent fasting, and low protein (as important as low carb for insulin levels) w the latest research.
