Hi everyone.

Background info: I'm 18 yo. Active, into bodybuilding. Counting calories, diet has always been on point. Messed up my testosterone levels some months back from hard dieting to a competition. Took a break from training, been on a maintenance calories since. Currently around 9% bodyfat. Noticed my fats were low several weeks ago - upped them. Been getting morning wood and erections in the beginning but less and worse every week. Always been doing intermediate fasting.

Current macros:

2100-2500 cals on avg day.
Protein: 175g (Chicken, fish normally)
Fats: 50-100g (Eggs, bacon, dark chocolate, Olive oil)
Carbs: Rest of the cals. (Only eating potatoes and dark chocolate for carbs. Papaya and bananas from time to time) Been drinking alcohol on the weekends. No beer.

Almost never changing anything there.

How I got peyronies: Developed peyronies after drunk ONS sex several months ago. I have always had a small bend in my penis since birth. Got much worse after this event. Waited to see if this was about to get better, well it didn't. It's getting progressively worse. Always had low sex drive even though tesosterone is in the higher range.

Bend: https://imgur.com/a/L4WQV5k

To the left and upwards. - Uncut, Foreskin not pulled all the way back. This erection is around 80%.

Comments:

- Haven't mausterbauted in a long time.
- Not getting morning wood at all past weeks.
- Huge vein sticking out on the left side. It dissapears around the middle, before the penis head.
- Penis has shortened after the ONS event. Around 2 cm..
- No pain until recently - around pelvic floor, can't relax. Strange feeling, feels like I overtrained "it".
- Foreskin got noticeably tighter - might be because of no masturbation/sex since the event.
- Penis is very hard flaccid and seems to be tight all the time (almost like it is in cold water 24/7)
- Trouble keeping erections, bloodflow seems to be hindered (obviously).

I'm so f~@
Need help figuring out how bad my case is and the first steps I should take.

- Got a urologist appointment in 10 days. What to ask for?
- Traction plan?
- VED, Traction device? Which to order. Links?
- Heat?
- Diet changes? Prob gonna go full Keto/water fast.
- Supplements?
- Protocols?

I'm normally strong mentally but this has hit me like nothing else in a long time. Idk how to tell this to my parents, should I even?

Any other comments that could help me. I really appreciate everything esp your time used reading this.

If I could describe how I feel right now, I would say I'm empty. No emotions, nothing. Sucks.

Knowledge,

I never see you posting in this area to welcome the new members posting here daily.  I don't see you directing new members to the Survival Guide.  I don't see you contributing to projects to make the forum better.  I don't see you helping new members fill out their signature line to get better responses.  That might be because you are too inconsiderate to even fill out your own signature line; YET members have rallied to respond to your posts.

It seems the deadwood, too lazy to pull their own weight, are the ones who jump to criticize the wagon they ride in for free.

If you are dissatisfied with the forum, I can resolve that issue with just a few clicks.  I will be waiting for an answer, but I won't wait long.

I'm just somebody who feels down with Peyronies Disease and am trying everything under the sun to improve it, just like everyone else here. I am not special and do not have any authority or am superior in any way so I really did not want to give you that impression. I was just expressing my suprise that nobody had replied and I have noticed a few other similar old posts a while ago. Don't get me wrong, This website is the best online resource hands down. I always come here to read first instead of asking the same questions. I hope that gives you an answer. My real name is Ian. I had seen others do a signature. I just assumed it was something ppl did for fun as seen on other forums. If it is necessary, I will do it now. I am admin for a Telegram group with 22k members so I know how annoying and toxic some ppl can be. I am not one of them.

Just as an FYI- the OPs post was done in 2019 and they only made a total of 2 posts during their time in the forum.

The fact that he says he is an admin of a forum near this size only makes his conduct more incredible.  He should know better.

There is no way to take people seriously who never offer to help but are quick at digging out a 3-year-old post and criticizing the entire forum.  Unreal!
