Hi Everyone, (long post with bad english but bear with me. I dont know better)

I am 31 years old. Writing this post with lots of hope that It would prove beneficial. Sad to know so many people suffering out there but feeling better to share with someone. Let me dive right into it.
History:
Been suffering from varying degree of Erectile Dysfunction from 26. Seemed to have gotten worst with time. Went to Urologist 3,4 times during these years and all said everything seems ok (urine test, ultrasound, BP). They all said i am young and its probably nothing. During all these years, I had been at it (masturbation) almost every second day even when the penis felt sore.(Thats what i believe the main cause is). Back in 2014, once during masturbation, I felt an extremely sharp pain during ejaculatory spasm. The paint was momentary. Just at the point of orgasm and it was in the bottom part of penis (Urethra area). I felt horrifying as i had a wound there and just felt the pain as semen passed through that area.it freaked me out. i went to urologist and he checked for infections which was nt there. He gave me antibiotics anyway which i took (not the entire course). Next time i ejaculated, the problem was gone and life was good. During these years from 2014 to 7 months ago same thing happend about 4 to 5 times on different occasions and always a single time occurring and went on its own.

Around 8 months ago, during ejaculation, i felt the same thing. Intense sharp pain (urethra area, bottom penis) as the semens ejects. Next time i ejacualted, same thing happened. Thirst time too so i feared this time it seems something permenent. Exactly around that time, i also started to observe that my urin stream has become weak. Less flowrate. Dribbling started and frequent urination(this had been for a while gradualy getting worse). I also noticed that sometimes I would feel the same pain during peeing, after the first stream of pee is finished, i get that pinching pain and it goes. Also my urine stream started to go all over the place indicating that the flow path might be ristricted.
I went to doc and he gave me antibiotics again which i took. But no help. I could not even dare to try seeing if my problem is gone coz the only way to know is to try ejaculation if it hurts. So I did not do anything for months. Than During nightfalls, i got to know that the problem is still there. I stopeed doing anything on my own and every month i have night fall where i wake up with that momentry sharp pain and hence i know its still there.

Current situation

currenty i have a downwards bend in my penis. the bottom part of penis, (spongiosm part which extends to become the head of penis) feels bumpy on two places. One bump is so significant that if feels like a cut inside and this is where pain comes from. and the bend is also only there.
I have no pain in penis like pyronie. I ge hourglass only sometimes in flacid penis only. my errections are better but head and glans remain soft.

I know its a long post but i dont know what to do. Doctors do nothing. Finally they gave me MRI appointment to see. They had done Dye Xray to see blockage in urethra but there was nt any.

Blood in urin:

last week i bought dipstick and did urine test on my own. First test was fine where i had urniated normally. Second test i did right after a nightfall ejaculation and it showd microscopic hermaturin. I am freaking out about the blood. I will do another test with normal urin again to confirm if the blood only resulted after ejaculation (where it passed the fresh scar). I hope its not coming from kidneys or something.

Please tell me what to do. painful ejaculation, weak and frequent urination. losing hope.

Thanks for taking time and replying to the post. The problem is, altough i am pretty sure I have Pyronie or something to that effect but my biggest and right now, only concern is to get rid of that intense sharp pain during ejaculation. I can not seem to work it out as to what might be going causing it. Plus, harder the errection, more painful becomes the ejaculation. It feels like that the semen is being squeezed out of the penis from a very narrow opening and the pain ist felt only in the area of the bend on the under side. (Even the urine stream is narrow and weak). It has been almsot a year since the onset and I have not even masterbate in 6 to 7 months because i cant stand that pain. Nightfall ejacualtions are the only source that keeps telling me the problem is stil there.

Anythings I could do to get rid of this particular pain? I have no clue what is even causing it.

Hello everyone,

I am posting again in hope of a reply. I have been to the urologist. They did urine test, no infection. Gave me antibiotics but the ejaculation pain does nt go away. Did the ultrasound and apparently nothing came up. They did the Xray to find urethra stricture, that also yielded nothing. Now i am scheduled for a Penile MRI in July. It has been a year and I have been going crazy trying to figure out why is my ejaculation so painful. Even when i gave everyrthing of rest of many months, still be it a night falls or masterbation, it does hurts soooo much during ejaculation in the bottom side of penis in urethra. Thats the place where I can feel clear bumps on the under side of penis. As if someone cut it and literally feels like a bumpy road down there. Again, no errection pain. Just this pain during ejaculation.

Hopefully the MRI reveals the problem.  Any chance you’re having retrograde ehaculations?

I dont think it is that. Its just when semen reaches the bend/bumpy area of corpus spongiosm, it hurts alott and feels as if its facing hard time passing through this area. As if something is holding the semen from coming out but eventually it does come out with intense sharp pain.

Just as an experiment, I once tried to help facilitate the flow but rubbing the bend pain causing area (right at the point of ejaculation) as in sqeezing the paste out of the tube and it did not hurt much.

Hi everyone,

Short description of symptoms before the question: sharp pain during ejaculation, frequent urination, weak urin stream, Erectile Dysfunction, hourglassing, unevnen surface on base (Like a bumpy road)

Questions:

1) I only have hourglassing appearing while flaccid and when i try to stimulate manually . Why hourglassing appear only when flaccid. As soon as i get some errection hourglassing dissappears. Why?

2) I have seen improvements in my erections (After months of nofap, now regular noctural emssions after alömost 8 years), bit of morning erection are better and manual stimulated erection with hard shaft and soft head. But still, the penis remains always pointed downwards. When can i do to better my errections?

3) When errect I can feel penis bottom part as bumpy. Like significant ups and downs. and gneerally penis base is weak and narrow.( Anything i can do to strengthen the base to atleast have some sort of stability in errection. ?

Hourglassing while flaccid and bump could be signs of early peyronies.  Have you considered 50ng of viagra nightly?  Some men w severe Erectile Dysfunction due to prostrate surgery had significant improvements in EQ after 6-12 months.  VED may also help w the health of your penis.

I actually have not started any line of treatment. I have been waiting for a year now for it to go away (which was proly a bad choice) but no luck. Weird thing is hourglassing is not there when flaccid, only when i start to stimulate the penis it appears suddenly for some time till the penis is errect and then dissapears.

What else should I take other thn Viagra?
