Best way to heal ved injury caused by my own stupidity
« on: March 28, 2019, 04:24:33 PM »

Hi all

I have been doing old mans ved protocol for the last two weeks, no pain or adverse side effects. I was using the b cylinder. I suffer from soft glans so I wanted to see if I could get them to inflate in the large cylinder. I put my erect penis in the largest cylinder and did about 20 pumps. I didn’t have that great a suction and it didn’t get any bigger at all and my glans didn’t inflate. I felt no pain at all. Now ever since though my elections have been worse even with cialis I don’t really get any unless I try stimulate a lot. Been taking 20mg cialis every second day and no morning wood at all. My dick looks more veiny and the tissue feels ‘beat up’ with a slight dull pain all the time.

What do I do? :( figured I’d be ok pumping it as I had no pain at all

Best and only advice man. LEAVE IT TF ALONE. no porn, no girls, no stimulation. Maybe even stop cialis for a bit. I believe in fasting so I’d fast to get rid of any inflammation and or eat a low carb diet

Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.
