my plan is to
1/ di traction by hand for about an hour a day if I can
2/ wear an extender for as many hours as I can
3/ apply heat, how long?

is this a good plan? will it cure it?

is restorex worth the money? I have x4labs but the thing keeps slipping off

what about water fasting? this sounds the most promising since I've heard loads of cases about people's scars disappearing after 2 to 4 weeks fast. though I'm 20 and am still growing in height so I dont wont to F~@< something up. would waterfasting be safe?

Has anyone obtained length gain by using Restorex?

Traction and heat are very powerful, and heat is under rated and under researched (like most physical therapies) due to the difficulty of patenting or even selling something to heat your penis with. Fasting is, in my opinion, very wise even at your age, such as IF or OMAD or simply going low carb along the way.

Otherwise, consider the supplements and drugs that are available and see a specialist if you like.

You will get results with traction, but forget the word "cure" for now and simply take action.

Maybe try ESL40 traction, less than $50 and can be worn for hours at a time-even in public with the strap.  Restorex is great in my opinion but is the most expensive and It's just now being researched.  Remember, you can only gain length that was loss to peyronies.  Adding any anti-inflammatory approach will help, be it supplements or keto diet.  Personally, I would not recommend fasting for a 20 year old-certainly not under physician supervision.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Restorex has gained some length back for me. I can really notice it in the flaccid state. I've only been using it for less than a month so I will measure any progress after the 12 weeks which is what  is recommended by Restorex. It looks a little straighter too.

Age, 40's.

Had peyronie's for more than 10 years. Developed glans lump, then had poor erections and soft glans.

Made a lot of progress over the years with diet and avoidance of sugar and high carbs. Still have the lump but it's much smaller now.
