So are you guessing your scarring is on the tunica? That's what I'm trying to figure out. Besides that my penis can still have erections, I don't have any curving besides the natural one I've always had. It's super subtle, not something to worry about. I still get REM erections. But yeah, I'm hoping this doesn't get any worse as I get older. So far it's been getting better as a year ago my penis was always painful and I had ED.

Scar tissue sometimes can be subtle and not calcified - in these cases they are hard to feel and may not show up on an ultrasound but that does not mean that it is not there.. My uro could feel fibrosis but could not feel plaque and my ultrasound did not show any scar/plaque. I still have some hourgrlassing and curvature.

Program - I was also worried about the ultrasound - the injection can cause peyronies however, it is very very unlikely that this will happen from 1 injection. People who developed peyronies from the injection usually were using it for erectile dysfunction and engaged in multipe injections over time causing peyronies.

Ouch

The way you describe it, I gotta have calcifications for sure. Mine don't feel as you describe: soft, hard to feel, or not showing up. Not that they are "hard", as one would imagine calcium or bones I guess, but more like kind of plastic, and definitely do show up as I showed in the pictures in this same thread :(

About injections, i thought you didn't need an injection for an ultrasound! Anyway, couldn't one make oneself hard and avoid that? Hahaha
Sooner or later I will get the injection, but for now Restorex is what I feel will help the most. I will update next week on Week 11 of my treatment! Haha

An erection is not needed for an ultrasound to diagnose peyronies and to see if plaque vs calcified plaque, only to diagnose ED.

Lumineer - the identification of plaque is improved when the penis is erect. They can also test for veneous leak this way which may be beneficial in your case as you did state you have some ED.

If you're able to stay erect in a room full of strangers without the injection it may work - check with your Uro. But usualy it's hard to stay fully erect while they do the ultrasound in which case its just a tiny needle which really doesn't hurt (feels like a pinch) and you will be erect the whole time.

So just to be clear. I only need a flaccid Ultrasound and a physical test to view if I have peyronies correct? I'll probably just do that. Atm my penis is okay. It's painfree, but I wanna get it checked when I do get insurance.

Im not sure about the ultrasound, recently had a flaccid ultrasound done (20 mins), no abnormalities found...  But I have peyronies and plaque 100%. Both doctors felt and confirmed.

So here it is, what week is it? I already lost count haha

Allright, let's see... I think we are somewhere in week 13, I bought the damn thing the first week of March, so it's been 3 months of use.

Week 13:

I broke the damn thing :(

I don't know how it happened, but the sides/wings that get attached to the C cyilinder were damaged (broken partially). I don't know how it happened as I didn't have any accident with it, and I'm usually careful. But I do leave it sometimes mounted (the C cylinder inside the "wings").

Good part is I still can use it if put some pressure on myself it often/almost always deinflates -loses a bit of pressure-, but I still can use it kind of normally.

So that sucks, but the bright side is I still can use it  :)

More bad news coming  ::)

1-Erections
[/size
]Well, no progress, maybe some regress? Might have to do with the fact that been eating crap and badly emotional in the last 2-3 weeks. Might have to do with fact of overtraining with VED? Not sure if that's a thing.
But I would say... about the same erection quality (especially since taking Pentox 2x/daily and Cialis about 2.5mg daily), but there is definitely regress with night erections, I notice I have been going back to almost where I was, which was none (or 1 in 10 nights), after having improved to about 50% nights with good wood thanks to VED. So I would say mostly emotional stuff, with some possibility of overtraining and another possibility with eating crap.

2-Sizing: Length/girth
I mean, this is very hard to say, but if I had to say, maybe some small gains in the last weeks? But we're talking about fractions of cm, and also dick sizing varies depending on many factors, so hard to say, I would say maybe some progress yes, especially in girth? Fine so far. Problem is I cannot pump more because I already made the cyilinder full, so I guess I won't be gaining anymore length for now :/

3-Plaque/Fibrosis
Now this is where the real bad part comes in. I think I'm seeing more plaque!!! Not more plaques, but the ones that already got (on the right part of the penis and also on the upper part below the glans) I noticed they've been getting harder and/or bigger, definitely more noticeable with or without erection, and definitely feeling harder or bigger!!! And of this I'm sure, and I'm no talking of "no progress". I'm talking regression. That's terrible news.

To be honest, I don't think it's related to VED regime at all, since I had been working with it for 2 months and seeing no problem at all, I never overpumped etc. but with my food intake, which has been crap. I have masturbated a lot too lol, on average 2-3 times/day lol not sure if it would have to do. Maybe doing it too hard sometimes?
But I'm on the calcification/fibrosis theory so I think the food you take has a lot to do with that.

I have to say that when I got the most of the plaques, or at least when I was noticing more of them, which was about 4-5 years ago, I was eating pretty badly, as I am now. I was eating all prepared meals at the supermarket etc. a lot of sodas (both I am doing a lot now), dairy, etc. Now I'm having sodas, prepared meals, ice cream, alcohol, dairy, gluten haha the whole F^@$!ng make_your_body_acid pack  ;D
Also not much sports lately, as of 4-5 years ago. So let's see if I can change that!
I started this week to make manual stretch, and will find some way to buy Restorex, and when I do (haven't been searching much these last 2 weeks), I'm going to change eating and exercising too. I have already started to change eating lately, including more fruits/vegetables. It's hard for me to reduce soda haha I try. I've eaten well in the past, I know how to do it, I even have had periods of weeks with no soda so I know how to do it and what's good and bad (and how bad)... only, right now, it's hard for me.

So,
Same erections, less night wood sadly
Probably bigger sizing since last report: maybe more girth, that feels good
More plaque/fibrosis :(

I wish I had better to report, but that's how things are :(

Luminere, just curious since you've gained length while on VED, do you believe you had originally lost length since peyronies? Usually, one only gains length that they lost after peyronies, prostate surgery, etc.

It's different for everyone but I really found abstinence from masturbation to be beneficial in healing... Try not to masturbate 2-3 times a day and let your body rest - see if it helps.

Also read many cases on here where the ultrasound could not determine plaque however the person definitely had peyronies. My uro also confirmed that scar tissue doesn't always show on an ultrasound but that doesn't mean it isn't there.

34 Years Old...Peyronies for 4 years. 20 Degree left and upwards curvature, major dents and narrowing, ED.

Hey there!

Tony, yes, definitely I had lost some length in 2017-2018 before starting the treatment... For some reason I didn't lose anything even having plaques/fibrosis for a few years, and last 2 years I lost... maybe around 1-2cm? At least 1 cm. Also lost some width, it's like the whole thing shrank.

And yes, I think I have gained something between 0.5-1 cm length, maybe more like 1 cm, maybe even a little bit more? But I have definitely gained some length, at least 0.5 cm, prob more (penis size varies a lot I would say). Flaccid, for sure; erect, not so sure: I think I still got length to recover at least erect.

But also since it's related to your question... I think it is very possible and not that difficult to gain length beyond your natural length! There are forums focused on that (by the way, they're the most irresponsible people in the world lol the techniques they use... like jelqing really hard... omg) but yeah, gaining some length, even longer than your original, I don't think is difficult at all! Many people do that. You can see it all over the internet, most traction devices do that quite easily. I think it could be relatively easy to gain about 0.5-1 inch.

My sausage is quite long lol so I'm not interested, I would have to be worry to not penetrate to the end in some postures, and I already have to be careful haha so I'm happy recovering my original length wich was pretty good (18-20cm)

About width, I wouln't mind gaining some yeah  8)
Not gonna do jelqing stuff but I0m confident given how VED works, that can help me gain some width, or at the very least, recover my original width in the upper part. My original penis was pretty good in length and width lol

So to sum it up, yeah, I'd think I definitely have won a little bit length and also a little bit width in the upper part, flaccid it doesn't look as ugly as it did before VED, it looked kind of like a worm hahaha  ;D

jj, yes, I think masturbating that much (or should I say ejaculating), can't be good. Especially ejaculating that much I don't think is healthy for a man. I feel my penis condition worsens after too much ejaculation. For example, making VED workout after ejaculating feels bad. Penis feels stiff. Doesn't enlarge much, doesn't feel good. After 1-2 days with no cumming, it feels bigger, more like a spounge, and definitely enlarges much better. It's hard for me not too lol but will really try to do it less often  ::)
Also I think edging can be ok, but don't I think edging a lot is healthy emotionally, hormonally at all neither.

There's just one study out there that showed w traction men could gain up to 1/2 inch to their own normal length with traction.  It was men who felt they had a small penis and they felt better after.  I was thinking you must have lost some length to be gaining length now from VED.  As far as masturbating, with or without ejaculation, just do what feels right for you.

Hey guys!

So there was one forum member who wrote me privately a few weeks ago, and he that told me about Gianni Paulis, some Italian doctor especialized in Peyronie's.

I made a little bit of research online, and turns out he has a bunch of published studies out there, and he has made quite a bit of studies regarding anti-oxidants, with a nice success.

In some of his studies, he mentions topical diflonac 4%.

I looked at all his studies with care, and the bad part is I didn't find any separated group where diplofenac was the only different substance between groups. It was always tied to verapamil, pentox or other antioxidants, etc., so there is no proof that it works; but if he's using it in most his studies, it's gotta be good!

So I bought it today at the local pharmacy, it was actually pretty cheap, and will use it twice daily. Bad news is it's 1% diplofenac, and he recommends 4%. I will still use it but will go back to the drug store and try to find something with more actual diplofenac in it. Will report if I see any improvement!

Regarding my progress... still not much. Keep using VED+PTX+Cialis, erections are good, but no progress in plaque. As I said in last message, likely some improvement in girth, but hard to say. Zero improvement (regress actually) on the plaques, which yes I think they gotta be calficied. To be honest, at this point I am almost losing faith that anything but injections will be able to get rid of my plaque... I'm gonna wait at least until I try traction.

Hey guys, some really nice update here!

So it's been 3-4 days using diclofenac and have to say results look AMAZING.

Plaque is shrinking. If you remember, I mentioned that, particularly in the last month, plaque/fibrosis/calcification was feeling bigger. Well, after just a few days using diclofenac it's actually shrinking to levels I don't remember, but feels like even smaller than before starting with VED! My penis hadn't feel that great in a long time! That might be something temporary, and only time will tell if these changes can be maintained.

My theory is that I was experiencing overall inflammation in my body in the last month, and that diclofenac has completely removed it. We will have to wait, but if there is a change, I'm sure it's diclofenac that caused it, as I hadn't gone through recent changes in my treatment. I have been taking PTX+Cialis for about a month, but that's it. Still not eating super well, a little bit better yes but still way to go. VED sessions a couple times a day, still some masturbation, about once a day lol

Will continue to report in a few days. Very excited! My penis feels... les rigid, more fleshy, I can feel it when doing VED or masturbating... also the width in the upper part feels a little bit bigger, and feels like there is less curvature, more straight. Overall, tiny but noticeable changes in matter of a few days! Crazy.

I mean, all things considered, I might be exagerating a bit lol, and it might be that food, which has been healthier in the last week with more fruits/veggies, better sleep, etc., might have got rid of the extra inflammation in my body, which in turn is what might have been causing more plaque... (I think peyronie has a relationship with inflammation)... or maybe I was feeling (and definitely seeing) more plaque because some part of it somehow had shrunk because of the inflamation, it was less fleshy and therefore plaque was more prominent, that's another good theory.

But the truth is there is a possibility that this is due to diclofenac, so guys if you have the possibility and it's as cheap for you as it was for me (almost nothing), seriously consider giving it a try  :)

Hey guys!

jj21: Yes, I'm not sure where I read that it was found on some parts of the body where it was applied, like the knees or the ankles or something like that. So yes, I would say it does goes inside the skin. If that doctor who seems to be pretty good at treating Peyronie's (that's what he's specialized on) uses it in a study as a base treatment for ALL groups in the study, there's gotta be a good reason.

Now, as for me, and the "exaggerating" effects, I gotta say that there are definitely improvements! I can feel how the plaque actually feels much softer and is less noticeable when I use it (sometimes it's like it's not even there), my penis feels better overall. It makes an effect. When I use it less often or masturbate more lol I feel the plaques much more easily, and they feel bigger and harder even. At least bigger, definitely more noticeable.

The problem is it's not lasting, and when it goes unused I tend to go back to my previous condition. So I'm definitely going to continue to use it for a few  months and see what happens. But overall my penis feels better since I started using it. That's as best as I can define it. Kind of reminds me of when I was using heat on a more regular basis. And remember: that is just 1%!!!! The doctor recommends 4%! Next time I go to pharmacy I will ask for a more concentrated cream.

Regarding how many times, I always try to go for at least 2, one in the morning, one before going to bed, and sometimes once more during the day if I remember.

Now, some good news, I finally found someone on Parcl that will send me Restorex! I understand that nobody here offered to help me but won't hate you for that lol

I will add Restorex to VED, antioxidant supplements, topical diclofenac, oral Cialis 2.5mg and oral PTX 1-2x/daily (it's too much 3x a day, I forget), and see if that can reduce the f~@
Oh, some minor setback in erection quality in the last week or so, I think I might be overusing my penis lol especially with the VED (masturbation too, guilty of that  ;D). Haven't had morning wood in a while! At peak with VED (about 1-2 months into it) I went for about 40-50% nights waking up with wood, now it's gone back to previous to treatment condition which was close to 0 lol. I think I gotta go a little bit easier on VED, even though I'm using it correctly and always feels great and haven't pushed beyond discomfort etc, it might be that I'm using it too often (about 2-3 times a day, 10'+), sometimes holding pressure for longer periods (about 20-30 seconds sometimes), so will go back to 1-2 times a day, 10 minutes, apply pressure and release fast (3-5 seconds). No weird sensations, just less morning wood in the last month and last week a little less strong erections at some times, not always.

And about the rest, plaques are the same sadly, nothing I'm doing so far is working (diclofenac might work if used for a longer period).

About size, improvement is definitely there. My dick has less of the ugly shaped I described at the beginning of this thread. More tubular. Flaccid definitely is bigger. I saw last week a pic of my dick flaccid just 8 months ago and the difference was noticeable yes from how it looks right now. Even when at the beginning of VED, very noticeable difference in width and length.

Wish I could tell better news, but overall some progress I would say. That's all from here  ;)

Week 17:

All got wrong omg

I hurt myself. Day of onset it was 21st May. I was jerking off lol and made some kinda strange movement and it hurt.

At the moment I didn't feel any different, but as time has passed, I started to feel overall my penis stiffer in that area.

Overall the plaques are more noticeable. I hope it's not because of bad VED use and for other reasons (bad food, stress/cortisol), but it's true that the 2-3 weeks prior to that date, I had changed the VED routine.

I used it more often during the day, maybe 3-4 times, and for periods of 5-10 minutes. Maybe closer to 10, but usually not. So shorter but more frequent sessions.

The other thing, because of my successful use of VED for 2 months, was keeping the penis more time inflated, not a long time, but at the beginning I went for inflate slowly, rich the point where slight discomfort starts, then back up (release) a little bit, then keep there for 3-4 seconds, then deflate, wait 2-3 seconds, back to business :D

That had worked, but for some reason (I mean I was seeing progress and didn't feel anything bad ever) I did the same only left it for longer. Maybe 10-20 seconds, sometimes even 30 seconds, but usually more like 15 seconds.

That very well could have been that the "overtraining" of the penis got it more prone to injury. I mean it happens in sports all the time, when players get closer to  peak 100% form, chances of injury are much bigger than at 70-80%.

So guys, stick to 10 minutes, 1x/day, 2x at the most, and I would say rest 1x/weekly! And of course no longer than 5-10 seconds with the pressure inflated!

Allright.

So penis overall felt stiffer with plaques more prominent, that's bad. It felt less fleshy. And on top of that I got some discomfort on one testicle of maybe some part that joins lower part of penis with testicle. I couldn't call pain this sensation, but definitely discomfort, for 2-3 days. That stopped yesterday. I stopped using VED 2 days ago.

So, overall I think I might have overused VED. It's a magnificent tool but it has to be used in moderate manner! I was doing great for the first 2 months, but then in the last 1-2 months I got too cocky and overconfident and I think overused it.

I still feel some tight/weird sensation on that area of my penis where I felt the pain at the onset, left part, close to glans, but it's not too bad, and I'm taking a whole bunch of antioxidants/antiinflamatory/antifibrotic on daily basis:

Vitamin C
Taurine
Vit E
CoQ10
Garlic
Carnitine
I also prepare smoothies of blackberries on daily basis, delicious!

Plus:
Cialis and PTX, but I have stopped taking those lately too. I stopped taking everything for a couple days, also diclofenac. Testicle discomfort which was the most worrying at least is gone for now phew!
Let's see how it goes.

My penis was feeling so great no so long ago! omg
BTW, notice that hurting penis was 21st may and I wrote that penis felt great on 20th June, that is true, for more than one month I didn't feel anything bad, so maybe that hurting my penis had nothing to do with what has happened later, but I think it was related.

I'm sorry to update with such a mess :(

I have doubts of what happened... misuse of VED? Hurting myself while masturbating? Even diclofenac I have got to think it was doing some harm...

Anyway I feel like crap that after so much research, money and effort I'm even worse (in terms of plaque at least) than before Day 1... Also I'm sorry I can't be of more help here! :(

So anyway, I will keep taking antioxidants and blackberries smoothie  :D, will gradually start with traction (Restorex should arrive next week) and come back to mild VED and go back to Cialis and PTX, and lastly come back to diclofenac 2x/daily.

Then give everything at least a couple months and if plaque doesn't diminish then I will consider ionthoporesis or injections.

Will update after everything is stabilized guys. Pray for me  :D

Hey there!!

Well, not much new for the last month or so, so I had nothing to report.

I still think I have some kind of injury from last May, so I've been easy on everything. My condition had been worsening a little bit in the last months since May injury until now.

Restorex arrived 3 weeks ago I think. At the beginning, I didn't like it much. My penis kind of hurt, it was tough to grab it, but eventually I discovered that opening the width of the grip (to fit my huge size :P) and with enough "tape", it's perfect! Feels good, and it definitely stretches the penis. I like it.

I have done some manual traction in the last few weeks, and I can affirm that Restorex is superior to manual traction, at least the results are better in my opinion. And I would say that, overall, traction is a superior treatment than VED for Peyronie's (though everybody is different), so given I didn't feel much improvement in terms of plaque or curvature with VED, I'm optimistic with Restorex. Not so much in the plaque, really, but let's see where it takes us. I'm gonna be trying some injections in the next months anyway. It will take some time, will report when that happens here!

So anyway, I have been using Restorex correctly for just a few days, and I will say results are good! I feel a "loosening" in my penis, feels really good, I felt I was kinda stacked with VED after injuring.

Will report how Restorex has been in... a few weeks.

Cheers!

Hey guys! Some update on these last months...

Well after a few months here I come with an update...

My plaque/fibrosis had worsened, not sure if related with overuse of VED, not sure if with the "accident" in May, but for sure was worse for the last months, more noticeable.

I went to urologist finally, and it was so disappointing :(

The only options they gave for a mild Peyronie's (mine is 10-15% curvature, relatively small condition overall) was surgical option wtf

They also said that for my mild ED they would offer an implant more wtf

And that was it.

I asked for an ultrasound to look first to see what kind of condition my plaques are (and to finally diagnose Peyronie's) and second to see if there is venous leakage, which is what I think is the core problem to my mild ED; more than ED is difficulty to maintain erection without stimulation (which i think is very related to vascular problem)

Anyway absolutely disappointing stuff. That is all public health system can offer for me

There are some minor good news though. I haven't been using neither VED nor Restorex for the last 2-3 months, stopped cialis, stopped all treatment, and my condition has remained the same. But for the last couple weeks I have been applying some Bach flowers mixed with oil topically about 2x/daily, and surprisingly I feel the plaques much softer and even less noticeable. I will report if there continues to be improvement. The formula I applied after some research was: hornbeam, rock water, crab apple, star of bethlehem, larch, sweet chestnut and mimulus. There are some other flower remedies specifically for scar tissue outside Bach Flower therapy (Thiosinaminum) but for now I'm going to continue to apply this. I am very surprised by the results, but cautious for now. I have experimented with Bach Flowers for a decent number of years with good results, so who knows if topical application also works. I mix 4-5 drops of each into 30ml of combined olive oil, almond oil and a little coconut oil.

Alright, that's it for me for now.

BTW, there was one good thing about my visit to the urologist, even though he seemed to know less than me about the issue, told me something that led me thinking: he said the mild ED (or difficulty to maintain one) was very unlikely to be caused by Peyronie's. So something I had thought to be true for many years in my case, which was that my mild erection problems came from peyronie's, whereas it could simply be another issue! That opened my mind a bit and will continue to investigate that, particularly on the venous leakage. I will make an ultrasound looking for that, even if I have to go private and pay for it.

And a small question: in case the problem was vascular in the veins, is there something I could do about it besides surgery? And also they told me surgery wasn't an option even in the States lol but I'm asking, do you know what are the treatments for that, if that happens to be the cause of my problems with erections?

Thanks a lot!

EU medicine sucks! That's the truth. Socialized medicine sucks. I gave up on doc's in Germany. Same story.
(but they're good for some diagnostics and prescriptions etc.)
I wouldn't get into any unnecessary operations.

I just wrote in another thread about "venous leakage" (https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,11488.msg118033.html#msg118033) and it can be in direct relation to Peyronies(the plaque prevents the tunica from closing off the veins that transport blood away from the penis=leak).

You seem to try a lot but you have to take care to not overdo it with traction and VED. Do much less intensity and work up from there and stop and go down whenever you get problems.
Some people's tissue reacts very fast and dramatic to it. Is your health ok? Did you have your blood checked?

Heat is good if you have hard tissue and NO inflammation. If you have inflamation cool is actually better(I did some water VED with cold water 2-5 minutes)

(You might check what I do with transdermals in my signature link seeing you tried something with that already)

Some update here!

Ok, the world has changed a lot since my last post. Just waiting for the aliens to show up, that would complete 2020  ;)

So, first a few comments on past posts:

So, first, that is absolutely true. My curvature was bigger from last summer (Obviously VED hadn't help much overall with curvature). I think it wasn't necessarily due to overuse of VED: overuse might have increased the chance that an accident could happen, but the increase in curvature was for almost certain due to the "accident" in May while jerking off lol. From that point, curvature was slowly more noticeable. Also, plaques had been more noticeable. Maybe stress too, I don't really know the cause for the more noticeable plaque. Has been some stressful year.

Ok, that I stopped soon after that lol. They probably had some therapeutical effect, at least the fact of applying the oil to the penis, but overall they were doing nothing with plaques. Nothing has worked with plaques so far.

I have some minor good news though. I have been regularly applying Restorex daily, once or twice a day. I have finally learned to use it properly (I wasn't using enough tape and it was painful to use, so never really gone for much stretch). It's been maybe 3-4 weeks using it almost daily. Length has improved a bit, girth maybe too, esp in the upper part where there was the indentation. And also erection quality and most importantly curvature have improved. Sadly, I think I'm giving up on the plaque  :-\
Publich health system wasn't able to help, and maybe I will go to the private route sometime in the future, but for now if I'm able to improve curvature I'm a happy man.

Restorex is great I would say, I think I could achieve the same with a lot of effort by hand and some tape, but overall I think it's a fantastic tool and I'm glad I bought it. It has improved curvature a little bit, improved movility of the penis especially when erect you can notice it, it has improved length a tiny bit (I feel I had lost a bit in the last year too), and also helped a little bit with girth in the upper part with indentation. Will continue to use at least 1x daily for the next 3-6 months.

Also, finally I have been able to control myself a little bit regarding masturbation, and I don't jerk off that often which I think will be helping too.

That's it for me :)

Good, this is a marathon. As long as you see small improvements, keep doing what works maybe even more so. Always thinking smart what could work and then implement reguarly.

Would add:

I have also continued to use VED.

-I first use Restorex, probably for about 20 minutes (usually 2x/day), then finish and inmediately use VED for about 10 more minutes, I feel it's good to put the blood in the penis after stretching it, and also right after stretching it can enlarge very easily, so that's a win/win I guess! haha

-VED has been helpful and a good tool to keep penis healthy, but as for Peyronie's I feel traction (or at least Restorex) is a much more powerful cure. I used VED for months correctly and even though I saw greater penis health and maybe some minor improvement in sizing and definitely on quality of erections, I didn't see any improvement in plaque size and I think none too in curvature. So as a cure for Peyronie's disease, I would say traction is much more useful, though VED, if used correctly, only can help so would still recommend both. I'm happy with somaerect for ved and restorex for traction.

-Also add that traction in a sense is like yoga for the penis. It basically stretches it, so if you lose movility due to peyronie's, plaque, whatever, stretching it can only help movility. That's why I couldn't move my penis while erect towards the right almost at all, and now I can move it a little bit, and also why my overall movility of the penis and tightness have improved quite a bit. Can't but recommend traction.

Also, I agree with Christopher1, NoFap is a good idea.
I hate NoFap. But it is sadly necessary. Be sure to combine it with NeoV's stretching techniques. You want to keep your dick nice and stretched. Combine with a good red light for even better results.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.

Hi luminer, Any updates 3 years later ?

Thanks for your testimony, i've begining to feel hope about my penis.

My situation is very similar to yours , and we have exactly the same dick judging from your picture (20cm)
Every doctor i went to tells me there is nothing wrong with my penis but I cannot emphasize it enough how bad it affects my mental health.
It feels very small when I grab it , of what it used to be and erections are weaker and weaker. Nighttime erections are quasi inexistent.
Noone seems to take it seriously but I judge all the doctors I saw were deeply jealous of the size (even with the narrowing). I know it sound unprofessional from them but it's a deep down human male nature I guess?

I just received the SOMA Corect Device and will try to replicate your procedure.
I'm also on 5g Cialis and 1200mg Pentox Daily.
Taking supplements like Carnitine, Arginine, Vit E, CQ10 Daily.

Thanks again.
