I thought i would make a comment on this topic after my titan implant. I have been dealing with peyronies for a couple years. At my worst i had probably about a 60 percent or so curve. After about 8 months of traction and ved the curve did get better and plaque was noticeably softer. I was also taking pentox which i know helped even if my urologist said it was all in my mind.

At my presurgery tri mix injection, curve was about 30 to 35 degrees.

Titan implanted 4 weeks ago. I put pictures in my journal but while i still have a bit of a curve it is not much worse than my natural one. It is supposed to just get better and better over time.

All in all the titan really helped my curve. Also no more hourglass or dent at mid glans. My doc also did no scratching or anything else just the implant. If you have some similar curvature you can check my pictures elsewhere. Satisfied so far.
