Do you guys pump then hold the erection with a ring? Or just pump, release pressure then re-pump?

My Uro advised the ring was not necessary unless I was pumping for erectile dysfunction.

Curious what you guys have found effective.

jj21:

Suggest that you read the VED protocol for the model (one or three cylinders) that you have. You asked about using  Cock Rings when pumping up with the VED. That is the question that most newbies using VED therapy always ask.

If you had done your homework BEFORE TRYING TO USE THE VED FOR THE FIRST TIME YOU WOULD HAVE READ WHERE THESE RINGS ARE USED "ONLY WHEN USING THE VED TO OBTAIN AN ERECTION FOR HAVING SEX''. So, I strongly suggest that you locate the two VED topics/threads listed in the home page index to learn about how to use the cock rings. The one cylinder VED Vitality protocol has a procedure listed in about the middle of the text listing how to do a VED pump up when using it for sexual activity.
