Hey guys, I was considering starting vitamin D3 2000iu daily as I've heard it can have a positive impact on plaque, so long as it's taken with appropriate amounts of Vitamin K. I was just wondering if you guys recommend mk4 or mk7 as a source of Vitamin K?

I bought some mk4 but it's 500mg, which seems a bit much, and I've read that mk7 stays in your body longer?

Another question that maybe somebody could help me with is that my CoQ10 and Curcumin are Nordic Naturals brand, and thus come with a lot of Omega 3 per dosage. I was just wondering if there was a certain limit to how much Omega 3 one should be taking.

Thanks!

Eat baby spinach and kale. You should get all the vitamins etc you need. Super foods that contain K
5 Rounds of Xiaflex. Good results.
