I can't feel plaque anywhere on my penis. Everything is so squishy and soft. I keep gently touching my flaccid and giving myself an examination.  But seriously i don't think I have plaque and if I do they are soft af.

Also it has been a week since I've last masturbated. Abstination is hard. I am constantly horny I feel like I'm 13 years old again going through puberty.  The only time I allow myself to get an errction is when I wake up with a morning wood. I'm sure at night time when I'm a sleep  I have plenty with my age. Other than that I constantly have to focus  on things that turn me off. I only do this when I feel a semi coming. It's quite  annoying.

March 2019 - Did an doppler ultrasound in flaccid state, no plaque or scar was found. Blood flow was normal

Turns out it's cogential.

It may be possible the plaque hasn't calcified or is undetectable, ultrasound may help (some members here have this issue).

If your symptoms are improved when fully erect and you have more of a half-erect curve which straightens out as your penis becomes fully erect, it's possible there is some fibrosis which hasnt yet calcified. Once calcified your condition may become worse or permanent/stable.

If this is the case then at this stage you may benefit greatly from Pentox.

Take my advice with a grain of salt, best to see a specialist and get an ultrasound to be sure.

I couldn't feel any plaque either. This is why we have Doctors. They have many years of schooling and experience to recognize peyrones. My GP felt it after I told him the symptoms. He has been a doctor a long time and has seen a lot of health problems. Not all doctors have experienced a Peyrones patient of course. Luckily mine had

BubbaD - I agree. I saw two urologists - both did physical examinations. First one couldn't feel anything, second one specialized in peyronies and felt the fibrosis after pressing deep and doing a much more thorough exam, he then insisted on an ultrasound to be sure.

If you can't feel anything it could be you're not aware how to check correctly or it won't show on a physical examination and you require an ultrasound.

Yea my GP pressed on it pretty good. Said "I feel hardening". Referred me to a Peyrones Urologist

The Peyroines specialist is listed on this forum and he is in my area. The only problem he can only see me in March in the meantime I'm taking all the supplements I can take. I'm not even sure if it's actual Peyroines that I have. I always had a bent semi erected and then when full erected I had a slight downward curve on one side and slightly to the left. From as long as I can remember I had this.  I only assume it's Peyroines because google said it could be. And I had one small injury from masturbation and it never changed my penis or anything. However , i can't remember if I had a straight penis, which I highly doubt or my penis did change and I didn't noticed it. The only thing I did noticed the left curve slight went a bit more to the he left unless I never really noticed that before and it always been like that idk.

Jake, it sounds like you mostl likely have a cogenital curve.  This is good news as cogenital curves do not decrease the health of your penis as peyronies.  Does the curve create and difficulties for you with sex?

I can have sex without a problem. But I refused to because of anxiety making it worse. Most likely it was coginetal but after my stupid incident on dec 18. After I experience swelling from masturbation and 5 mins later got a semi. Which isn't my fault I have a high sex drive naturally. Anyways I think getting that semi during the swelling  may have cause some damage. I experience a little bit of hourglassing when I get back from exercising. Now I just uptake my supplement in take. Will completely stop getting any form of erection. Which is hard because I easily get 3 erection back to back just with my thoughts.
