Why do you ask?  Does this have something to do with Ed?

What? No.. did you read the study? It completely got rid of all scar tissue.

I don't see why people care about ed. Pop a viagra. Problem solved.

Michiganguy that is without any doubt one of the very most uninformed and the most unknowledgeable statements I ever saw posted on this forum in 15 years and a hundred thousand posts.  It is the equivalent to saying what is the big deal about Peyronies Disease?  Wear a traction device for a couple of weeks and problem solved.

If you were brand new as of today I could possibly make allowance but to think you have been on the forum for 2 years and made 60 posts alarms me.

Why are you posting in the ED section of the forum if you are not discussing ED?

Traction doesn't get rid of scar tissue. Not everyone has a curve to straighten. My penis is straight.

As for me posting in ED section. That is my mistake.

Topic moved.

Interesting study, highlights the autoimmune component of peyronie's.

Ugh, definitely what i was looking for except that its a chemotherapy drug. Jesus, before looking more onto it i would be scared to use it actually

Those 2 medications have lots of side-effects.

Not to be used without doctor supervision unless you want to hurt yourself.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.

If you want to get hemorrhagic cystitis, go ahead and purchase cyclophosphamide on the black market.

If it is not proven to help, then it surely is worse to take the medicine.

Not worth the risk that comes with a chemo drug. Life or death it is worth the risk

Methotrexate is a chemo drug. Lots of chemo drugs are used for more than cancer. It's used for arthritis everyday and thousands of people take it daily

If I had severe Peyronie's I would definitely try an immune suppressant + steroid combo if I could find a doctor willing to supervise. I think finding a doctor who would be willing to treat you with that cyclophosphamide might be quite difficult though, based on one case study.

Not impossible though, there are quite a few studies on low dose cyclosporine. From memory the effects on renal function and blood pressure were obvious but not severe so the doc would just need to keep an eye on that quite closely.

But yeah for me the most interesting takeaway was the clear evidence that the auto-immune component of Peyronie's is strong. Can tackle that in various ways.

I think some of these extreme treatment threads are just for shock value. Arguing with every response. Well just go ahead and get chemo treatment and update us on your progress. Just do it!

Ok. Here is evidence you won't read, about a treatment option you do not know about, which is shown to be effective on auto-immune disorders. Did you know Peyronie's had an auto-immune component? Many drugs have more than one use. A chemotherapy drug that is also an immune suppressant, could offer benefit for auto immune conditions if monitored correctly. This is neither shocking nor extreme.

Now here is a wealth of information about another drug, also used in chemo protocols, also an immune suppressant, which has shown A LOT of promise in treating auto-immune disorders if monitored properly.

Ya if I had lupus  , I might try it . Dont think I would risk it for peyrones. But if that is what he wants to do.....

Cyclophosphamide is not a benign drug whatsoever. You also need Mesna to protect yourself when on that medicine. Corticosteroids have a list of side effects that is too long to list. They also impair tissue healing, which could make Peyronies Disease worse. Corticosteroids are also absolutely "anti-keto"/fasting when you look into the mechanism of action. Please avoid, gentlemen.

Impairing tissue healing would make things better. That's what scar tissue is... healing.

I totally get the frustration and all or nothing approach because of it, but I wouldn't just hop on some risky drug to try and cure peyronies. If it worked I would imagine people would use it already. I can't stop anyone from trying anything, but chances are you'll only get side effects and non of the positive effects you're looking for.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

Think the only place you would be able to get these is the dark web. Don't think any doctor would prescribe it considering the side effects.

Curious to know if they were fully healed perhaps a cure is then possible.
