VED side effects (Usually from wrong usage)

So, I'm about 3 weeks into using VED...and so far so good.  I opted to pass on the A cylinder, and actually just received the "larger than C" cylinder yesterday, as I tried the C and it was still somewhat restricting.  Nonetheless...so far so good.  Well, outside of a few questions.

I feel a slight pain around the base of my pelvis...where the device seals.  I'm assuming this is just a natural thing of pressing a vacuum device into the pelvic region...anyone else experience/d this?

Also...by chance, has anyone else used the "larger than C" cylinder with the Augusta device?  Any problems with the scrotum getting drawn into the cylinder?  it looks quite wide, which concerns me some...in terms of "scrotal draw".

Otherwise, everything is everything.  I have noticed some difference...nicer "hang" and my guy feels a bit more "spongy" (for the lack of a better term).  Regaining length and girth...and things seem to be straightening some (though I realize it could be purely psychosomatic).
