What have you guys found more effective for erectile dysfunction?

Use the 5mgg daily if possible. Longer duration and less side effects. I have nothing bad to say from daily Cialis, fortunately.

2.5 and 5mg are the daily use doses.  10/20 are used on occasions for sex.  It has to do with the long 1/2 life of the drug (17 hours).  If you use 5 daily it takes about 2-3 days to get blood level high enough for good erections (for most men).  The 10/20 provide enough in a single dose.  If you took 10 daily your blood level would get too high and you would be living with unpleasant side effects...
