Is it fair to say if the tips of the implants are placed well into the glans that the size was absolutely the largest one could have?  Mine are almost to the end of the glans so I was curious if this indicated Dr Karpman did a great job of getting the most size he could for me?

Well, based on what I read online, that seems to be the indication. If your glans feels solid in place, doesn't buckle and if you have rigidity. The only issue would be with the rear tip extenders. Could be something you can try to address next time you are due for a revision in a couple of years?

I think there are 3 indicators

1. Tip well into glans
2. Folds in the cylinders do not totally disappear until near fully inflated (non- LGX ONLY)
3. You have your full pre-surgery length (The only one that really matters)

I def have 1 & 2.  Number 3, not sure.  I didn't get pre surgery fully bone pressed flaccid length w surgery... perhaps presurgery erect length.
