My uro couldn't find any peyronies plaque upon examination... I have a half erect very noticeable left and upwards curve, slight erectile dysfunction. When penis is fully hard there is minimal 10 degree curve.

My uro is convinced this isn't peyronies, it's been six months now since the symptoms arose so can't be mondors either.

Not really much pain either.

Anyone have any experience with symptoms like this ?
34 Years Old...Peyronies for 4 years. 20 Degree left and upwards curvature, major dents and narrowing, ED.

Most cases don't have detectable scarring. Your urologist is wrong. It is likely fibrotic areas or damaged parts of the penis. There are so many men who have no detectable scar yet severe symptoms and later go on to have scarring. Take preventative measures and see someone else if you can.

I went to see a urologist last week and he found no scar tissue however I have around a 30 degree bend to the left and and twist in my penis which has it pointing slightly upwards too. He said there was nothing that could be done other than an operation but that is only recommended if sex is an issue. Intercourse is still possible although some positions more of a challenge. I am curious Neo what preventative measures would you recommend? Bearing in mind I have had this for around 10 years now, it's worsened over that time but seems to be fairly stable now. I am currently trying stretching and have a relatively good diet (plant based) and fast 14 hours a day. Be good to hear your thoughts ...

If your diet is plant based make sure insulin stays very low, as well as blood sugar. Keep ketones high by eating coconut oil or olive oil. Personally I can't recommend a plant based diet for Peyronie's, although I am in full agreement with the ethics of it.

Keep doing traction and even VED if you have dents / hourglassing daily. You could also take things like cialis and pentox or supplements. Most important for me has always been physical therapies, diet, and modifying how often and how I have sex.

Although there are a lot of supplements one could take, I don't take any of them anymore. You may want to look into it though.

Thanks Neo, sounds like good advice, I'll look at ways to lower insulin levels. I know for sure sugars a bit of a vice for me at times so that needs to go. A quick question on traction you might be able to help with - I am fortunate to have no hour glassing however the side where the penis bends, often tends to seem really hard compared to the left side after traction, which shortens the penis further ( i think it's the corposa cavernosa?) have you any experience with this?
