Hey guys... understandably so the majority of the content in this board is US and Canada based. But what about Europe? Besides London Andrology and Dr. Kuehas? There is Sava Perovic foundation in Serbia, which is from the famous surgeon Named Sava Perovic. Apparently he trained a Dr. named Rados Djinovic to be the lead guy at the place after Dr. Sava's death. Their website does a lot of promotion towards medical tourism. What do you think of the place, Dr and procedure?

They offer several surgery packages and some of them involve "implant + penile enlargement techniques" both on girth and length. I am not exactly sure what to make of it because they offer only the AMS 700 option with this. How does somebody interested in the best result possible, does not offer the implant with the best rigidity and size expansion possible, which is the titan?

Also... their page bashes the US medical system, Medicare costs and it looks a bit tacky. Am i biased and just triggered by the bad english?
How can we know more about them?
how can we reach out to Serbian guys to ask for more information and legitimacy?
Should we be recommending members from Europe to go here asking for more information, especially considering the high amount of botched surgeries in the UK on penile implants?

Correction of penile curvature with geometrically calculated grafts is basically the same surgical procedure Dr Djinovic uses to give men with erectile dysfunction substantial penis enlargement and/or significant penis elongation at the same time they are getting penile prosthesis implant surgery.

The types of penile prosthesis implants are basically inflatable/deflatable or malleable (semi-rigid). An inflatable penile prosthesis can mimic erection and flaccid state. A malleable penile prosthesis can be shaped or directed but cannot increase or decrease penis size.

I've tried to contact with Sava Perovic's foundation about half-year ago, without success. Did you recieved response from Dr.Djinovic or someone else from Perovic's foundation?

I'm interested in circular incision with grafting for lengthening, but I'm not sure if they're able to perform this type of surgery without penile prosthesis.

Hey James. I know the subject was discussed here, but I had the idea that it was not exactly about them inserting implants.  I am sort of interested in compiling some information for the European folks out there.

Thinking about it... There's a lot I could share about the Portuguese health system and which doctors to go and I haven't done so. I couldn't gather support from the Portuguese members either, so that left me dissapointed. Even the ones I've talked too end up barely coming here...

Hawk, I want to help. I am sorry to the forum for my very bad English..but if you're really interested, you can translate this.

I will be short and I will tell you what I think, I hope it is sufficient for you.

First of all, my surgery was not performed by the Sava Perovic Foundation. But I have two mature friends, gentlemen, who have had surgery at the Sava Perovic center and are enthusiastic with the outcome. They have regained their pre-Peronyes measurements and with the prosthesis they no longer have problems of impotence. But, please, remember this is not to increase your penis, as if you were doing enlargement surgery, but only to regain sexual power and try to recover the lost centimeters from the Peyronies. One of these friends, before Perovic, had visited some of the famous surgeons in the U.S.  In the U.S the best implant surgeons did not practice the reconstruction of the penis with the use of graft.( In Brazil Dr. Pauloo Egidyo performs circular/longitudinal graft + implant, but i dont know him). So in U.S my friend had been advised to have a prosthesis implanted but without any recovery of the size lost from peyronies. At most, the prosthesis would have stretched the tissue and plaque, but nothing more. With Sava P. my friends had recovered all lost inches.  Above all, the whole surgery has been an absolute example of professionalism and technique. So to answer the question of the topic, my contribution as an informed person is that the Perovic Foundation has nothing to envy to the famous US surgeons. But Remember, graft tecnique is very invasive (intervention of 4-6 hours for complex cases and higher risks of complications), but these are done in a state of art manner.

Conclusion:
Many of the people who have seen pictures of my penis after surgery, ask who my doctors, hoping they will get a big penis like mine. This is a stupid thought. I was BORN with a big penis.  It is only for that reason that I have a big penis again. If you need a prosthesis and a graft, it only serves to try to recover your natural dimensions lost with peyronies, nothing more. Do not create false illusions. You will be disappointed.

Thank you maxxx for sharing that (you've lost 2 xx's buddy!).   That foundation has been around for years. Their pricing used to be reasonable. I do not know today's pricing.  I remember someone telling me long ago that they could have surgery and stay 1-3 months there in a hotel for plenty of recovery time for less than the cost of surgery here and I thought they offered all inclusive packages at the time. I've no experience with them, and for those who have to travel, keep in mind, if you have an issue, your doctor may be 7,000 miles away.  One thing I am sure of is that the United States does not have exclusive rights to good doctors. One of my best surgeons is a woman from Israel (not a urologist). If you have surgery in Serbia, please share your experience. Cheers. (and hello Maxxxxx)

Very interesting about how long someone could stay and still save money.  If I didn't have insurance I would have considered medical tourism for my surgery.  There are some folks who have had bad outcomes going out of country for medical care but many have had good results.  Five years ago I went go Mexico fir gastric sleeve surgery that was not covered by insurance which I could not have afforded otherwise.  I did months of research first anf going a great doc and hospital.  I did  have a complication which they addressed very well.

I've sent them email in april of this year. I think I will try to contact with them in the next few months. Maybe I try to call them but I'm not sure since I don't speak Serbian and I don't know if they able to speak English or not.

Also, I want to add that this type of surgery really can add up to 0.75" - 1" to final erect length because the elasticity of the neuro-vascular bundle, urethra and cavernous tissue are higher than the elasticity of the tunica albuginea which they cut by circular incision, so all of those anatomical elements can be stretched to their maximal elasticity.

I would be cautious about any lengthening surgery.  It can put ones dick at extra risk.  For example, stretching the neurovascular bundle can lead to nerve damage and loss of sensation which one needs even w an implant. I'd recommend taking the time w traction and VED to regain any possible lost length before an implant if length needs to be addressed.  I still have some loss of sensation just from the doc holding the neurovascular bundle aside during the excision and grafting surgery.  (Not done if implant only.)

Medical tourism is fine provided the procedure goes well. If it doesn't, few situations can be worse. You are stuck with a poor post-surgical result and the Doctor is far, far away. Take it from Frank on this one.  

A poor surgical result is never good, but at least Doctor accessibility permits an actual appointment and prognosis of what has gone wrong, along with the opportunity to plan for what might be done to fix it. Sometimes there is no substitute for a physical visit instead of electronic communication. Medical tourism makes that visit more costly and difficult.

Yes, I'd say that is the reason I would not go there. Makes more sense to be going to the US from Canada, provided the tickets are somewhat cheap and right around the corner. I still think these guys can provide some help at least for members that sometimes come here from Europe that have no proper place to go and are stuck.

As I mentioned, I found about a dozen mentions of his name but I doubt you will get any more on the forum.  If someone here had surgery, they would have posted and it would show up in your search.
