32-35 degree left, and slightly down pointing; all day stretching?

Hey guys. I have been using an extender for about a month to try and fix my 32-35 degree curve. So far, I may have gained .1 to .2, but no noticable improvement in the curve (I only took very accurate measurements last week, however). If anything, the curve has worsened slightly, which I am told is normal due to improved erection quality. In the last week, I've stopped the extending and replaced with manual stretches. Mostly just out and down, both left, centre, and right, but only lightly stretching to the left, and stretching way longer on the right (to stretch against the curve). I've been reading some posters, and it seems like manual traction is recommended to be used against the curve (e.g left curve means to stretch down and to the right, or just to the right.

When I use an extender, I'm having some big issues with tension. So I am one of those people that cannot safely hit their BPEL through stretching. I am approaching levels of pain well before my BPEL (within .5 usually), and I can still feel what seems like a healthy stretch at a much lower length. Therefore when I use my extender, I have to start with not too many bars, then SLOWLY with lots of heat twist them around to the max level, and I usually get a little bit of tension at the end.

The issue with my extender is that I am only getting tension on the left side, which I suppose is what I want. However, because my penis curves from the base (and becomes more pronounced about mid way), when the traction devise is on, because the tension is only the left side and my penis naturally curves this way, the extender is not stretching at 0 degrees, and instead it pulls the extender to the left. So there's a noticeable gap on the right side and I can easily move the extender on this side, and it pulls the extender to the left. I am concerned that because of this, my penis will worsen the curve. This ultimately pulls the extender about 10-20 degrees to the left. One Idea I had was to maybe extend the right side further to push down the extender and make it go more straight?

Is there any advice to get past this?

Secondly, has anyone ever used an all day stretcher to get rid of a sideways curve? There are types that attach to your thigh or leg, as well as your waist (like the phallosan). So my logic would be to use the stretcher only on the right hand side, alternating between stomach and leg. This would serve to only stretch the left side and get it caught up. Here is an example: https://www.amazon.com/enlarge-extender-proextender-stretcher-enlargement/dp/B07D29ZQRL although I am not planning on getting that specific one.

My plan would be to drop the extender (I use an x-4) for now, until I can get rid of most of the curve, and instead only use it for the last 20-25 degrees. Still continue with 5-30 minutes of manual stretching per day. And do extremely light jelqing, 10-20 reps 1-2 a week, purely for increased blood flow, and to minimize injury. Any thoughts? I am terrified of injury, so this seems like the absolute safest.

Hi guy, at all costs avoid helquing as it often causes micro damage to the dick which will very likely aggravate your peyronies.  I'd try the ESL-40 as you can wear it all day.  It's inexoensuve.  Other options are the penimaster pro also has suction cup and can be worn all day.  It's oribably more the extended stretch rather than the direction—but e the strap you can wear it as you like.  Don't worry about the recommended stretch—just don't go to the point if pain.  Restorex is an option for the highest stretch which can go against the curve.  Wear for 60-90 minutes s day, but costs $500.   This takes st least 6 months.  Consider adding pentox, low dose daily PDE5 inhibitors, and l-arginine it l-citruilline. You've caught this early so should have good success.

I share the same concern about jelqing. I started off learning about this mostly through enlargement websites, even though my goal was to improve the curve more than anything else. I got consistent advice to jelq, despite it seeming to be very dangerous, so I thought that may not be the best culture. They also tend to jelq almost fully erect, and in large reps and high pressure. My goal would be to jelq at around 30-40%, at a VERY light level, just so I can get more blood flow than anything else. Do you still think that's a bad idea? I've done it twice so far and it gives me an enormous (by my standards) flacid, like bigger than I've ever seen before. I'm also concerned if I stretch my penis another .5 inches, it will look disproportionately thin :/ .

Thanks for all teh great advice by the way. I actually have an old bottle of cialis that my buddy gave me, that I use for extreme alcohol use. Should I just take like 5mg of cialis a day? Is it necessary to take arganine with the pde5? I believe this is something that I've always had, that has gradually gotten worse over time. I'm just at the point where it's interfering with sex somewhat.

What do you recommend for my trouble with the X4? Just keep using it? It doesn't sound like you're suggesting it would make a difference.

5 mg at bedtime is the recommended dose.  L-argument is just an additional supplement.  I'd continue w the x-4 or another device.  To increase blood flow safely use a VED rather than even light jelquing.

I asked about that in another forum and they suggested light jelqing would be safer. Everything I know about physiology suggests like vacuuming would be safer, and you seem more knowledgeable. Good advice. I am really liking the perspective guys have on this forum. Very different than the "giant dick at any cost" philosophy we see elsewhere. I just want to slowly, gradually, and safely improve my curve and erection quality, and if I gain half an inch along the way, then great.
