I am asking members to PLEASE list some basic history in your signature line.  It takes 2 minutes and is simple. You are more likely to get responses to your posts.  It helps new and established members to answer questions, remember who you are, and understand the perspective you are coming from.  There are two options.

Easy Option A - Go to the top right-hand of the forum and click on your forum name.  A menu will open.  Click on PROFILE DETAILS, , Now just go down to the large rectangular Signature window.  You have 250 characters to tell us your:
Age
Committed relationship or single
Approx Date of symptoms
type of Symptoms (degree of bend, ED, Pain, etc)
Diagnosed (what doctor)
treatments tried

To conserve the number of characters use "&" rather than "and"  Instead of punctuation, start a new line for every element.  Reduce characters any way you can (abbreviate if you are out of character).

250 characters is not a lot but it helps immensely whether you are asking a question, commenting, or answering a question.  As you are typing your signature line, it shows you below the signature box how many characters you have remaining.

Near the bottom right side of the page, click on Change Profile to finish

More complete option B. Go to the Our Histories board and make a topic where you type your c
status.  Abbreviomplete history.  Save your post.  View your post and copy the link at the top of the page.
Go to the menu at the top left of every page - click on PROFILE, then click on FORUM PROFILE on the left side menu, Next go to signature.
