A couple weeks ago, I was feeling pain in my penis, scrotum, and the area behind my testicles. I noticed an indentation that was roughly half a cm. It is not very noticeable and not very deep. I assumed it was just something I hadn't noticed. I went to the urologist and he diagnosed me with prostatitis. He prescribed antibiotics and the pain subsided. I didn't masturbate at all during antibiotics. I continued masturbation as normal. I take adderall and sometimes can quite honestly be overly aggressive when masturbating which I quite obviously deeply regret at this point. I believe I may have injured it trying to masturbate while not yet fully erect. A light aching pain started today at the sight of the indent (which is on the right side near where the darker skin begins). I don't feel any significant nodules and if there is its pretty hard to notice any difference from the other side. I get somewhat of the hourglassing when becoming erect but its mostly only on the side of the indent but definitely a lot more noticable when becoming erect. I am able to get a full erection and it doesn't show at all once fully erect. I have another urologist check up in 2 weeks but I'm wondering if I should try to make an earlier visit to possibly get put on pentox ASAP. Wanna do everything to prevent this from worsening. Ive recently began seeing a girl and its killing me to think I may have to stay abstinent and confuse the hell out of the girl. I feel as though its probably just in the injury stage and needs to heal but I'm terrified of this disease. Trying to be hopeful as I'm pretty young. Any advice would be great thanks guys.

My first suggestion would be to seek out a urologist that specializes in Peyronies  we have a list here within the forum.

I would abstain from rough sex or masturbation for the time being, is normal sexual activity causing you any pain or discomfort?

Masturbate once a week maxmimum, no porn ever again. Traction by hand daily or with a device along with VED if you can use a VED. Remove glucose from the diet or fast as if you have cancer or Alzheimer's.

Sex is better for the penis than masturbation. So don't worry. Consider sex with her a kind of treatment ; ) joke with her and let her know that the disease is genetic, metabolic, and complex, but you're doing everything you can to fix it and are on a good path to do so.

Supplements are a good thing for sure along with cialis, but consider those "supplements" and not a true fix of the underlying issue and deformity.
