Hello everybody,

I am 35 years old.

I wanted to post my sad story.

I was diagnosed peyronie disease 2 plaques sizes (3mm and 7mm) below the glans on 02. february 2018.
One in the middle and one on the left side.
Then they growed to about (7mm and 8mm).

I used potaba from march to april pesribed by my doctor, most of the time I was sick and had nussea.
Then I visited second urologist in july (long waiting time).

He prescribed me Trental (pentoxyilfine) 3x400mg daily during the meal + VED 15 minutes 2x daily.

I used  Trental and VED every day.

I used VED like this, 1x time per day.
holding by 10 sec and then release air, than pause 10 sec
10 times 30 % erection
10 times 50 % erection
10 times 70 % erection

So far first 2 plaques remaind the same, but yesterday I noticed two new plaques on the middle below first plaque and one on the right.

My penis is bent still 20° to the left.

Did I use VED wrong?
(I untersood by Old man it should be used like this)
I used Imed care Vitality one 3 cylinder type.

Some people write they had improvents, some people write they have cured themselves (seems impossible).

Does any one has idea what to try next?

Because things are going from bad to worse.

In 10 months period from 0 to 4 plaques.

From what I've heard, it can take 6-12 months for the VED to help certain members.

I used small and medium cylinder.
Cylinder device type is IMED Care 3 cylinder.

I am sure that damage is from VED device, I will never use VED device again.
I pumped to 70% erection, because I thought that pumping to 30% erection only in first series makes no sense.

I have also read other post where one guy said that VED only causes further damage.
Than less blood flows into penis and then it looks straighter.

It could be that you are perhaps irritating these plaques since you are still in the acute phase? You're using Pentox which is good. Definitely continue that.

What you attributed to VED could just be worsening Peyronie's disease process.  You could substitute traction.

Pentox with low dose Cialis helping more than Pentox alone

James
Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

I would avoid using ved.
With trental you may add some antioxidants, like cq10.

At least one study showed adding low dose PDE5 inhibitors was more successful than pentox alone.  But I'd really consider adding back the VED or traction.

In my experience the lesser mchanical strain the better. Try avoid ANY sex activities as well as traction/VED for a months or so. I will see if it helps. I usually have a great relief from symptoms already after a week of the abstinence. Non of drugs crap ever helped me, if the cure existed this forum wouldn't persist.
Born 1985, Peyronie's since 2011/12. Lost approximately 3 cm of length and seriously bottlenecked.

Here is my experience:

I developed Peyronie's disease 1 year after stopping masturbation. I'm 28. I had problems having proper erections after I stopped masturbating. Then after a few months, this was solved. Then, it started out of nowhere. My erections just started hurting. And a few days later (less than a week I think) I realised I had a huge lump in my penis.

I went to a few doctors and none of them knew what it was. I checked online and I went to a urologist with my self-diagnosis but he said it's no Peyronie's. He still prescribed vitamin E because he said these are small calcifications but no Peyronie's. I started taking vitamin E but it had no effect and I think it even made me a bit anxious and depressed.

I went to another urologist who said it's probably Peyronie's but there's nothing to do. He prescribed an anti-inflammatory for 1 week, which made the lump much smaller after just a few days. This was 1 month after Peyronie's appeared, or a bit more maybe 2 months. My erections were still hurting and the lump was still there. And I saw a small bend to the right that started appearing (although the lump was not clearly on one side but around the whole top of the penis). I stopped taking the vitamin E.

I tried many things, local anti-inflammatory (definitely don't do that, I had an allergic reaction, my penis looked really ugly, that was funny), the toothbrush technique (just hurt without doing anything).

I then found the iontophoresis technique with Verapamil. I googled it and found a doctor who does it in my city. I went there and did sessions for 1 month where he would apply iontophoresis on my penis 3 times per week with Verapamil and Cortisol (anti-inflammatory). He also prescribed Pentoxifylline and L-arginine. I took that everyday for 2 months. Meanwhile, the bend started to appear upwards as well. I could still have sex. After 3-4 sessions, my penis started hurting much less (while in erection, didn't hurt when soft). I stopped taking the medication and my penis was still hurting a bit and a bit bent to the right and upwards. Now, 2 months after I stopped the iontophoresis treatment and 1 month after stopping the medications, the pain went away (this happened little by little) and the bend suddenly disappeared very recently. I feel like this is a miracle, it feels amazing. My penis is back to normal. Thank God.

Mr man

I would avoid VED altogether. Rest your penis. Untill any inflammation or increase in lumps has decreased.

There is a inexpensive treatment that's worked well for me when it comes to inflammation and pain..

Have posted on 'alternative treatment' section. Titled 'is this a new treatment or just a fluke'.

My first self treatment was VED. After 6 months it gave me 2 extra lump, and seem to narrow my penis in that area. I have given up on VED altogether. In favou of traction. The lumps have not got worse.

Whatever you decide. Definitely time to rest your penis for at least 5 days.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
