Is it a peyronies scar or injury (active phase) if the scar moves with the movement of penis skin or foreskin? does that mean injury to blood vessels of the skin and not the corpus Cavernosum? if yes, does injuries on foreskin and not on corpus cavernosum result in plaque formation? any reply from a member who has gone through active phase and is currently in chronic would be highly appreciated.

Agree with Tony. This doesn't sound anything like Peyroines. The plaque is deep in the tunica albugenea and, even though the doctors could feel it (I never could), it would not be mobile but stay in one place.
